This is really sad to hear.

The Little Mermaid may be getting a live-action big screen adaptation — but it looks like Ariel & co. are set to make a splash on the stage first!
Backed by a 71-piece live orchestra, the Brave singer will be playing the titular mermaid while the Pitch Perfect star has signed on to play the evil sea witch Ursula — though the A-list cast doesn't stop there!
The idea for the musical recreation surfaced from
Well, yesterday was a tough day for Kesha.
The Tik Tok singer saw her injunction against producer Dr. Luke denied, and it looks like she's stuck in her contract with the man who allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The singer has LOTS of support, though — and it's not just coming from Jayme Dee.
Celebs across the spectrum reacted to the Kesha news on Friday and Saturday morning (below):
Monster Lead Me Home is one of the best songs Sara Bareilles has never written!
But if you like her, like we do, then you will LOVE Sara Hartman's piano pop perfect tune!!!
It's an uptempo stomper! Feel the drum! Feel her lyrics! Feel this song above!

Sesame Street will return for its 46th season – its first season straight to HBO — on January 16, 2016!
The brand new 30-minute format will feature new segments, cast members, opening numbers, and even a brand new set from that which Sesame Street fans have been accustomed!
These mark some of the boldest changes to the show in years!
But the preschool classic will continue to bring the biggest stars — Gwen Stefani, Pharrell, Nick Jonas, Sara Bareilles, Alan Cumming, Fifth Harmony, Gina Rodriguez, and Ne-Yo will all be making guest appearances this season!
The show is also adding a new character — Nina, a
Singer-songwriter, author, Broadway composer… that's quite an impressive resumé!
Sara Bareilles is responsible for some of our favorite jams like Love Song and Brave, and now has released a very personal memoir entitled Sounds Like Me: My Life (So Far) in Song where she opens up about her parents divorce, her struggle with body shaming as a child, and how her music saved a fan from suicide.
In a recent interview, the 35-year-old revealed some of the very important topics she covers in her book, which was a completely different writing experience for her:
"This felt much more laborious [than song writing] so in the end it was incredibly rewarding."
Her songs are always meaningful, so we are sure the penned pages will not disappoint.
Growing up, the songstress says she was bullied endlessly about her weight — ridicule that she admits still affects her today:
We were absolutely devastated to learn about the shooting Thursday at Umpqua Community College in Oregon.
A gunman opened fire on the school's campus, killing as many as 10 people and injuring 20 others. This terrible tragedy is one of many in the United States this year alone.
The shooter was reportedly killed in a firefight with authorities who were responding to the 9-1-1 call.
We aren't the only ones whose hearts were broken to hear about this sad, senseless act of violence. Celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres and Eva Longoria took to Twitter to express their grief and share their condolences, writing:
I can’t imagine what the families of UCC are going through. The world is rising up to hold you in the light. I hope you can feel our love.

Amy Schumer also used the status-sharing site to share her sadness, saying:
