Ah, the complications of summer love!

You randomly meet each other, frolic on the beach all summer long and then before you know it, the season has ended and you both must tragically part ways!

On his new track, singer-songwriter Jon McLaughlin has a summer fling teams up with Love Song songstress Sara Bareilles on Summer Is Over!

The single will be on Jon's fourth studio album, Promising Promises, which will be released May 22!!

Wow! This just blew us away!

No one can question that Kelly Clarkson has talent, but what continues to amaze us is how much she appreciates other people's music! Take for instance that at all over her concerts, she always manages to squeeze in a cover of an incredible song and give it her own personal twist. That's exactly what she did with this gorgeous song by Sara Bareilles called Gravity.

Wowsa! Jonah Hill is EVERYWHERE lately!

Check out Sara Bareilles' new music video for Gonna Get Over You (above), which was directed by Matthew Morrison's nemesis Jonah Hill!

Hey, Jonah! When you finally duke it out with Matthew, you should use some of Sara's AWESOME dance moves from this video!!!

And yes, what we're really trying to say is that we think you and Matthew should settle your beef through a dance-off! Absolutely the best way for two men to solve any issues they might have with each other!

But seriously…this video is fantastic! Great job, Sara and Jonah!!!!!!

Martina McBride has a new album coming out in October and in celebration of that, she decided to do a CMT Unplugged special. The episode will air Aug. 24, but we have a sneak peek of one of her performances, a cover of Sara Bareilles' most popular jam, Love Song. (above)

It's the circle of life judges!

Last month, Nicole Scherzinger was officially confirmed to replace Cheryl Cole as a judge on the US X Factor.

Now that she'll be moving on, Nicole's judging position on NBC's The Sing-Off is also being taken over by someone new: Sara Bareilles!

Here's what Sara had to say about her new gig:

"I've been a big fan of the show and I love the fact that it's highlighting a cappella music. I feel like it's the one kind of show that I can hopefully add something to, in terms of having experience or some sort of expertise on it. I'm certainly not a total expert by any means, but I'm very passionate about it."

"There's a lot on the board right now, but I'm feeling really fulfilled and inspired about where I'm at and I'm hoping I can just stay in that place for a while."

And more from Sara on The Sing-Off:

"I was so blown away by the caliber of talent last season, and so I'm just really excited to see, now that the show is even bigger than it's been, what kind of groups they come up with."

Congrats on the new job, Sara! We think you'll be a wonderful Sing-Off judge!
