It looks like music runs in Kelly Clarkson's family!
That's because Kelly's daughter River has just attended her very first concert!
Kelly and her two-month-old went to sing with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood in Chicago this past weekend, and the 32-year-old mom couldn't have seemed more excited.
Kelly took to Twitter to post the cute pic of River (above) with a stuffed animal and bedazzled headphones to drown out the loud music.
She captioned the photo, saying:
The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has been the perfect way to see your favorite celebs get wet for a great cause!
Kelly Clarkson, who was admittedly nominated by quite a few people (she's so AH-Mazing that we're not surprised she'd be a number one nomination), just accepted the challenge herself!
At one point in the video, she and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, struggle to lift the buckets over their heads, so you know there's a ton of ice water! Way to go all out, Kelly!
Because Of You, Kelly, donations to the ALS Association are sure to be Stronger! We hope you had time to Catch Your Breath after taking the plunge, gurl!
Ch-ch-check out her taking the ultimate chill…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
It's been a long time coming.
Fans of American Idol have known for a while now that the show is far past its golden years.
And we'd be a little nervous if we were Ryan Seacrest or Jennifer Lopez, because it seems like the people at FOX have started to take notice too.
FOX Chairman Peter Rice has voiced some concern with recent seasons of the once-unbeatable singing competition.
While at the Television Critics Association press tour, Peter said:
Kelly Clarkson is a momma!! The hardest AND the best job in the world!
She gave birth to her daughter River Rose Blackstock on June 12th and she couldn't be happier.
After she announced her pregnancy she basically stayed out of the spotlight, but an insider said she apparently gained a whole lotttta baby weight… a whole lotta baby weight that she's in no rush to lose.
