Pretty much the whole world has turned their backs on the park ever since the release of the documentary Blackfish.
The latest blow to SeaWorld is

….so why would 99% of viewers say "no" when asked whether the flick changed their perception of the park??!
After further investigation, The Orlando Business Journal discovered that nearly 54 percent of 328 votes cast on their online poll between December 31 and January 2 actually came from

Lieutenant Terysa Rojas of the Pasadena Police Department spoke out about the incident, saying:

You know how famous bands and musicians come together during times of need and will put on a show to benefit those who need it?
Well it looks like the opposite is also true!
Ever since the documentary Blackfish came out, word has been spreading about SeaWorld's cruelty towards it's orca whales.
The park was due to have a huge Bands, Brews & BBQ festival with ten seriously famous musical acts.
Now, REO Speedwagon and Martina McBride have gracefully opted out, making them the

Bands performing at Sea World's Bands, Brew & BBQ early next year are dropping like flies as Heart has announced they will also be canceling their scheduled performance!
The theme park has been the center of controversy lately due to the disturbing documentary Blackfish, which highlights their mistreatment of killer whales. But while some bands didn't exactly point the finger of blame at the eye-opening flick, Ann and Nancy Wilson say that's EXACTLY why they bowed out!

Willie Nelson has cancelled an upcoming concert at Florida’s SeaWorld due to criticism from animal rights activists, surrounding the controversial doc Blackfish.
The event was scheduled for next year and it was supposed to be a part of SeaWorld's Bands, Brew & BBQ events.
Officially, he blamed scheduling conflicts, which is true if the schedule conflicts with his moral code! Ha! No, but really, it seems like it's just a growing trend in performers thinking twice before going ahead and performing at a park that keeps animals in captivity.
