What's going on here, huh?

We know that Descendants star Shailene Woodley can work a red carpet, but boy did she fail at the Red Lights premiere.

The actress channeled KStew wearing black velvet pants, an oversized orange and white flannel and, the best part, wet hair.

Either it was wet from just showering and forgetting to dry it or even worse, it was just dirty. Yikes!!!

Even Kristen Stewart has improved on her red carpet look (drastically), so we have hope for Shailene too.

Shailene Woodley hopped on the jumpsuit trend at the MTV Movie Awards tonight and we wish she didn't.

The Descendants starlet stepped on to the red carpet in a Stella McCartney Evening ensemble and some Stella sandals, but it's not working especially with her poorly styled hair.

Next time we hope she wears something a bit more youthful!

Hayden Panettiere went to a Vanity Fair party on Monday night donning a bright red Gucci dress similar to that of a genie's!!

The party was co-hosted by Juicy Couture and Shailene Woodley to benefit Shai's charity — All It Takes.

Pairing her red dress with a canary clutch and some silver/red pumps, Hayden definitely reminded everyone she's not UR ordinary gal!
