The man who sent Shania Twain letters and flowers as he constantly obsessed over her is a free man.

Giovanni Palumbo was released from prison and given three years probation.

He had previously been serving seven and half months after Palumbo was arrested in March at the Juno Awards in Toronto.

While very vocal during his initial testimony, Palumbo looked somber when he was released.

Did he feel sad that he can't stalk her anymore?

Damn! Canada is cornering the market on Christmas this year! First The Biebs, now Buble and Twain!

It's beginning to look sound a lot like Christmas!

Michael Buble has a holiday album coming out at the end of this month and if his soulful voice isn't enough to convince you to buy it then maybe this sneak peek at a special duet he cooked up for it might.

The best part about this is that they were thousands of miles away from each other when they recorded this … and it sounds amazing!!!

Michael Buble has confirmed that this hoilday season, he will be releaseing a new Christmas Album. He shared via video stream from Capitol Studios that he's got most of the disc completed, which includes covers of Blue Christmas, Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas Is You and a brand-new original track.

Last night, Shania Twain slipped and fell on LIVE television while presenting the award for Best Male Video at the CMT Music Awards! Thankfully, she wasn't hurt and she stirred up the courage to let the embarrassing accident roll right off of her so she could get back to work.

Moments later, in the comfort of her dressing room, she burned her heels in effigy posted a video on her Twitter to assure everyone she was alright and have a laugh at herself for the tumble!

Such a good sport! That's why we love her!
