Did Shaq plagiarize the idea for his reality TV show, Shaq Vs.?????

According to sportswriter Todd Gallagher, yes!

Gallagher is suing talent agency giants William Morris Endeavor to the tune of $5,000,000!!!

According to legal docs filed with the L.A. Superior Court on Wednesday morning, Gallagher created an idea for a show in which he, himself, would compete against pro athletes.

The sports writer claims the agency lifted his idea and transformed it into Shaq Vs., where O'Neal is the one competing against pro athletes in their respected fields.

In his own defense, Shaq says he came up with the idea all by himself.

In the past two months, the WWE has allowed their Monday Night Raw show on USA to be used as a promotional vehicle for guest hosts.

The alternative talk show format has been so well received that rotating hosts will continue to appear on the program until the end of the year.

"We wanted a different way to get our product out there and talked about," says Stephanie McMahon, WWE's executive VP of creative development and operations. "Tying us in with celebrities in Hollywood raises our awareness and gets a variety of people talking about us, which is always a positive place to be. Hopefully it will translate to new viewers."

Jeremy Piven was the most recent douche celebrity to interact with the wrestlers to whore out his new film, along with Seth Green and Shaquille O'Neal.

"They have something to promote, and we have the platform they need," says Chris McCumber, USA Network's executive VP for marketing and brand strategy.

Viewership for Raw is up 10% since the hosts were introduced in June - bringing in audiences of about 5.6 million per week.

That's huge for wrestling!

Upcoming talent includes Bob Barker, Rev. Al Sharpton, Nancy O'Dell and LeBron James. Yet,
Pete Wentz, Asslee Simpson, the Osbournes, Danny DeVito, Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa, Jimmy Fallon, Rachael Ray, MC Hammer, Woody Harrelson and Ashton Kutcher are all considering hosting gigs.

We wanna see Pete vs. Asslee in the ring!

Not surprisingly, Shaquille O'Neal lost to Olympic volleyball champs Kerri Walsh and Rachel Wacholder in a match for Shaq's new reality television show called Shaq Vs.

As part of the deal, if Shaq lost, he was to run around in a pink Speedo.

But don't get your hopes up. He copped out by wearing the Speedo Superman style.

Lame!

Basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal was in Hermosa Beach on Sunday for a volleyball game against Olympic Gold medalist Misty May-Treanor.

As part of his upcoming reality TV show Shaq has vowed to walk two miles in a pink Speedo if he loses to May-Treanor!

We can't even begin to imagine what a sight that would be!!!

Maybe he should go on some rigorous diet before strutting around in a Speedo???

Shaquille O'Neal is calling you out David Beckham!!! How will you respond?

Well, he kind of already has. After relentlessly trying to get Becks to appear on his new reality show, Shaq Vs, Shaquille has learned that Beckham has declined to be on the show.

Understandably, he has more important things to do!

But Shaq is not taking "no" for an answer, or at least he's going to be really childish about it. He took to his Twitter to essentially nudge Beckham into reconsidering with mockery. He tweeted:

"Its official, today is david beckham is scared of shaq, day, he should b scared, he can never score a goal on me,"

While we think it would be HIGHliarious to see Becks hand him his ass on the soccer field, again we have to agree that he is much too busy to do this crappy show.

Plus, that was the worst zinger we have ever read. There better be better writers for Shaq's show. He needs a lot of help with his trash talk!

Shaq is the latest celeb to land his very own reality show!

Shaq Vs., slated to air on ABC beginning August 18th, will pit the basketball champ against some of the greatest athletes in the biz at their own game!

Shaq will be competing against Fishy Phelps in swimming, Oscar De La Hoya in boxing and Serena Williams at tennis, just to name a few.

The sports legend says he recruited quite a few athletes for the program through his infamous Twitter!

O'Neal even wants to compete against Lance Armstrong in cycling after Lance completes the Tour de France!

Shaq says that he'll be using the show as a creative means of training for his upcoming NBA season with the Cleveland Cavaliers and believes audiences will tune in because they'd be interested in seeing "an athlete play another sport."

Will U be watching?

Shaquille O'Neal is in need to sell his old house.

The basketball star with the Superman complex has just re-listed his home for sale. Shaq's been trying to sell his Miami Beach mansion on Star Island for some time now. His original asking price last year was $35 million!

Good luck selling it for that much in this economy!

Shaq originally bought the property back in 2004 for just $18.4 million when the real estate market was doing well.

But it seems we can't all get what we want. And reports show that he's just put his house back on the market for $10 million less.

Apparently, last November he had a prospective buyer going after it for $35 million, but the buyer backed out.

So now, for just $25 million you can buy Shaq's former crib.

A bargain!!!

This week is all about celebrities doing good.

There's Scarlett Johansson trying to bring awareness to Rwanda and promote recycling.

There's Brad Pitt fighting for equality!

And, now, there's Denzel Washington, Shaquille O'Neal, Martin Sheen, and Wesly Clark helping the communities.

The four stars all happened to attend the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as children.

Now, they're lending their childhood photos to be part of a national campaign.

On Wednesday, the campaign "BE GREAT" was revealed. It's asking for people to volunteer their time to help their local B&GC.

Denzel, who is the national spokesman for the organization, told reporters, "What's going on with children doesn't worry me. What's going on with adults worries me. If we are not more committed to these young people … they will go as far as we take them, so the onus is on us, not on the children."

He added, "We've created this world for them, we are the ones that fall and we are the ones that can rectify it."

And, during the launch event yesterday, Denzel displayed his ad which featured a photo of himself from second grade.

The headshot shows him in a collared shirt, with a tie and blazer, which was a bit how he was dressed like during the event.

To which he added, "A handsome young man that is. I have to give credit where credit is due, that begins with my mother not only for giving me life and faith and so much support, but also digging up this photo."

It's always good to give back!

As we mentioned last week, a woman has come forward and accused NBA star Shaquille O'Neal of stalking.

The accuser?

A 23 year-old rapper wannabe, Alexis Miller, who also goes by the name MaryJane.

MaryJane even told the judge that Shaq threatened her with bodily harm.

But, now, we come to find out that MaryJane has got her own restraining order filer against her after SHE was accused of stalking!

Inneresting.

Looks like MJ got a restraining order against her last year by a frienemy named Lakisha Renae Hall.

A judge then ordered MJ to stay at least 500 yards away from Hall at all times and to cease all contact.

Oh, and apparently MJ likes handing out restraining orders as well.

Just last October, she tried to get a restraining order against Jonathan Stubbs, who she claimed was also stalking her. She went on to say that he pulled out a gun on her once.

However, the petition was dismissed because MJ never followed through.

So is this just a poor girl that unfortunately has gotten stuck with some bad men??????

Or is she just a tad bit crazy and perhaps looking for her 15 minutes of fame?
