Good news for Elton John. It seems our poppa has fully recovered after being diagnosed with a serious case of E. Coli a few weeks ago and having to cancel several performances.

Elton was treated at a London hospital and released the first week of November.

And, now, after getting over the flu and the E. coli infection, John is heading back to work!

Elton's rep says he's "feeling much better" and is ready to attend his Elton John AIDS Foundation's An Enduring Vision tonight in New York City.

And get ready for a night full of big names as Anderson Cooper is set to host the event and Sharon Stone and former President Bill Clinton will be honored.

Glad to see Elton's back to work - and doing good!

It appears that instead of acting, Sharon Stone is pursuing other endeavors as of late.

Stone has discovered a love of gardening saying:

"It lines your body, mind and spirit up in a way particularly when you're trying to get yourself in your creative work. What I am finding is that when you start to really clear old, dead things and really take that time to take away the old stuff and organize a garden and clear out and get in the dirt and weed things out and then see the new stuff that's coming up and move things around. This time that you take that actually takes some labor and is meditative and organized with nature, you can get yourself in a harmonious place."

WOW!

Ramble on much, Sharon? Sounds like she's losing her mind!

Maybe it's time to get back to work…if anyone will hire her?

Sharon Stone received a police escort when she arrived in Utah on Sunday…and not to keep her away from the paparazzi!

According to reports, the actress had refused to comply with flight restrictions, and had to have a bag checked against her will, causing Stone to make a scene for the entire Delta flight from Kalispell, MT to Salt Lake City.

"The flight attendant in Kalispell asked her to gate check her bag and Sharon refused and got into a huge fight with her. They eventually took the bag from her and she screamed at her assistant with her and made a scene during the entire flight."

While it is known that Stone was detained, it's not known if she was arrested and charged.

Update: Sharon's rep is speaking out.

Stone's rep, Paul Bloch, says the person who met her at the airport was "private security hired by Sharon. She was not detained by police." Bloch also said Stone was traveling alone, without an assistant.

"Sharon had been visiting her father in Montana, and was approved to take both bags on the plane. When she got to the plane, she told me the stewardess screamed at her that she couldn't take both bags on board," said Bloch.

According to Stone's version of events, the stewardess on the Delta connection operated by SkyWest screamed at her not once, but twice, over the luggage, before the actress eventually surrendered a bag.

We'd watch out Jon Peters! Salma Hayek is one wicked pissed Latina!

The successful producer (Peters) has been shopping around an autobiography proposal about his career and personal life. In the document, Peter listed a slew of past lovers including Barbra Streisand, Kim Basinger, Pamela Anderson, Nicolette Sheridan, Sharon Stone, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Salma.

That's some dirty laundry list!

Word has reached Salma about this accusation and she released a statement denouncing the whole thing.

"I have never dated nor had a romantic relationship with Mr. Peters," she says. " y name has been continually linked to his romantic liaisons, and I want to put a stop to this lie."

That's one down. Whose next to call this guy out?

Pam? Kim? Barbra?

The 1990 science fiction film Total Recall is being remade!!!

The original, starrring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sharon Stone, follows a man experiencing dreams of journeying to Mars who buys a dream vacation from a company called Rekall Inc., which sells implanted memories. He believes he is a secret agent and ends up on a Martian colony, where he fights to overthrow a dictator controlling the production of air.

Seriously?!

The studio is simply calling the remake a "contemporized adaptation."

They must be so desperate to contemporize a Schwarzenegger film made in 1990!

During amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS event in Cannes on Thursday night, Sharon Stone paid an emotional tribute to late amfAR activist and beloved actress, Natasha Richardson, who unexpectedly died in March.

"This year we lost an angel from our amfAR family," said Stone. "It was one of those random events that leaves you in a state of shock and profound grief. People say, 'Oh, she can't really have been that great or graceful.' She was. 'That funny, charming, sweet and elegant.' She was. She left behind her husband and two stunningly beautiful children and an unfinished mission to help us find a cure AIDS."

After viewing a short film documenting Richardson's steadfast campaigning for the charity, Stone read a note from Richardson's husband, Liam Neeson, urging continuation of amfAR's great work.

Completing the tribute, Stone also pledged $50,000 of her own money to honor Richardson while Annie Lennox sang Talking To An Angel in honor of Natasha.

She continues to be missed!

It's hard to imagine Sharon Stone as anything other than a bat-shit insane attention seeker. But the 51-year-old is also a full-time mom.

This weekend, she took two of her sons to spend the day playing together at the Coldwater Canyon Park in Los Angeles.

She spent time with them on the swings, helped them ride their scooter, and even made sure they had their helmets on when needed.

Kudos to Stone for spending time with her kids and not sending them off to play with the nannies. We're sure it's a rare exception for her!

And we have to add, those kids are adorable!
