The lovely Shenae Grimes, with whom we were DELIGHTED to film a scene on her series, 90210, recently had the opportunity to write a treatment for, style and direct Megan and Liz's anti-bullying themed song, Are You Happy Now?

Note the past tense.

For several months now, Shenae Grimes has been quietly dating James Franco's younger brother, Dave Franco. The two were getting on rather nicely, but have recently broken up as Shenae didn't feel like Dave was invested in the relationship as much as she was.

According to US Weekly, Shenae realized he wasn't "The One" for her when she traveled to Japan and got caught in a devastating earthquake. After all was said and done, she check her phone for messages and emails - and there were none from Dave! An insider explains further:

"She wants to be with someone who cares about her as much as she does him. Dave wasn't that person."

Sounds about right to us!

Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan met up with 90210's Shenae Grimes at Chateau in El Lay, and then the two left together (above) later that night.

Hopefully both the party AND afterparty were innocent, Lindz!

Poor thing! We have a feeling this is NOT going to be ending well for her!

Such a lady!

A obviously disoriented and disheveled Shenae Grimes left Trousdale last night looking worse for wear and gave the paparazzi a hard time.

Well, more accurately, you can see she is giving them the one-finger salute, which they in turn took pictures of and made their month's rent in selling.

See, these girls have to learn to keep their shiz together. If they can manage that, then the photogs will be less likely to harass them.

She's young though…and maybe she needs to learn the hard way like so many other starlets that have come before her.
