Shia LaBeouf has come a long way since his troubling behavior in June of last year!
Remember when the actor started acting a fool at a Broadway performance of Cabaret and got arrested for basically being super drunk and causing a ruckus?!
Well, the 28-year-old appeared inside the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse on Friday afternoon for the case, and the judge gave him some good news!
Shia has showed progress since his arrest, has been going to outpatient rehab, and event went to AA meetings!
Apparently during his hearing, Shia withdrew his original plea for disorderly conduct and took an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal instead.
Judge Ann Scherzer reportedly told the Transformer actor:
What an… inneresting look!
On Thursday, Shia LaBeouf was spotted out in El Lay with some very curious accessories — a rat tail AND an eyebrow piercing.
We can't make this stuff up.
The actor showed off the new look while out on an errand with his girlfriend, Mia Goth. Whether the new style choice is personal or work related, we have NO idea.
Check out what Miley Cyrus has to say about Shia's new look (below)!

Guess those AA meetings were super theraputic for him!
The actor was spotted in happy spirits as he and his girlfriend Mia Goth were leaving Tender Greens in Studio City on Wednesday afternoon.
Kristen Wiig joining Maddie Ziegler as the shy singer's dancing alter ego? Brilliant!
But you may be wondering what was up with Shia LaBeouf's introduction to the number.
Was that poetry? Did he say "Love, Erik" at the end?
Well, if you guessed that was in reference to Sia's husband Erik Anders Lang, you were right! And the lyrical love note from her hubby shocked even Sia herself!
An inside source explains:
