What an amazing role model!

The lesson to be learned here, kids, is if you can write a catchy tune where you can find words that rhyme with bitch or weed or can just make clicking noises with your teeth, you too can be successful. We kid. We kid.

Snoop Dog was invited to Wall Street this morning to ring the famous bell at the New York Stock exchange. (Why not? It's not like there is a lot going on over there. Thank you depleting economy!)

The event is suppose to be a gesture to young people to encourage them to enter the business world. From there, Snoop went to participate in the annual Mentoring Madness event. He teamed up with business leaders to give a speech on the importance of entrepreneurship.

Because when we think Snoop , that is the first word on our mind.

There wasn't anyone else available to tell these kids how to grow up and be viable members of society? Has it really come to this?

Next, you'll be telling us that Amy Winehouse is running the AA meetings down at the YMCA.

Who thinks it's a good idea to wear bling that looks like bullets at the airport?

Oh wait, Snoop Dogg does.

While going thru Beirut International Airport, Snoop D-O double G had to give up his necklace with a diamond studded bullet.

We know security was just doing their job, but what the hell do they think he could have done with a diamond studded bullet!?

The irony in all of this is his necklace is an anti-war message supporting the Bullets 4 Peace charity. Fellow celebrities including Beyonce and Timberpuss also wear the jewels.

But don't worry, Snoop won't have to go bullet-less for too long. He already called for a replacement.

At least the bling is for charity, but maybe next time re-think your jewelry before going thru the airport.

Snoop Dogg spent his Sunday attending the Nation of Islam's annual Saviours Day convention, donating $1000 to the organization.

His first Saviours Day convention, Snoop sat behind Minister Louis Farrakhan, and afterwards said, "When you get a speech from Minister Farrakhan it's about a mirror, it's about looking at yourself. It's about seeing yourself and what you can do to better the situation … We're doing a lot of wrongs among ourselves that need correcting."

When asked if Snoop was a member, the rapper replied, "I'm already in the Nation, that's why I'm here. I'm an advocate for peace. I've been in the peace movement ever since I've been making music. My whole thing is not about really trying to push my thing on you. It's just about the way I live, and I live how I'm supposed to live as far as doing what's right and representing what's right. That's why I was here today."

Apparently Minister Farrakhan has made an effort to establish peace between rappers.

Why not? They need it!

They should have a talking to Chris Beat Her Down while they're at it!

Since when is MTV in the business of releasing albums????

After parting ways on Monday with his long-time label, Interscope Records, Snoop announced Tuesday that he's partnering up with MTV to release his new album Malice In Wonderland, in conjunction with a variety talk show on the network hosted by the D-o-gg, as well as a tie in with MTV's Rock Band video game platform.

Snoop appears to be running shit over at MTV!

He's gotta be the most functional stoner ever.

MTV released a statement describing the premise of Snoop Dogg's variety show, Dogg After Dark, saying:

“Dogg After Dark” will bring his Doggystyle swagger to the airwaves with raw interviews with A-list celebrities and musicians, hilarious sketch-comedy segments and musical performances from the hottest artists. The show will air every Tuesday night for seven weeks and feature Snoop’s own in-house band, the “Snoopadelics.”

It sounds to us like Dogg After Dark could be either absolutely brillz or completely shiteous!!!

We'll just have to wait and see.

Mea culpa, says the rapper!

Snoop Dogg is so desperate for permission to enter the UK on a Visa that he's reached out to A-list Brits to vouch for him.

“I’ve called David Beckham, Sir Paul McCartney, hell, I want to get the whole of the Beatles to help me get back in,” said the banned musician, who is not allowed in the country for being arrested in the U.S. so much and for getting into a little "altercation" with authorities in London's Heathrow airport.

He also said, for artistry's sake, he needs to visit the capital: "London was one of the first places I came to when I first made it. The people are so warm and friendly and I need to be there for my creativity."

C'mon, Brits! Let him in!

Australia changed their mind about Snoop and his last visit went peachy!

Australia had a change of heart!

Just last year, Snoop Dogg was set to co-host the MTV Australia Video Music Awards.

However, the rapper was denied entry into the country due to his extensive criminal record!

But, things have change apparently, as the rapper with the long criminal history is currently in Australia at the moment.

Luckily for him, the Aussies granted him a visa this summer to enter their country at the end of October.

And, Snoop was just spotted arriving at the Emirates Melbourne Cup Carnival 2008 at the Flemington Race Course yesterday.

Let's hope he doesn't get into any problems while in Australia.

He'll definitely be banned permanently then!!!

Just sip on that gin and juice and don't do anything illegal.

According to a new report, Snoop Dogg's cousin, fellow rapper Nate Dogg, suffered a stroke at the beginning of the month, his second in a year.

His manager said, "He is back in the hospital. He did suffer from a second stroke. He is in stable condition. The prognosis at this time is favorable. We're positive, prayerful, hopeful and patient."

Family insiders revealed that Nate Dogg did not suffer any brain damage, he has little movement below the neck and requires the aid of an assisted-breathing tube.

Sad.

It's also been reported that his condition will probably force a Compton judge to postpone a Sept. 24 hearing in which Nate faces felony charges for threatening and stalking his estranged wife.

Yikes.
