It's been a while since we've had any updates on David Beckham's efforts to bring a MLS to Miami, but apparently he's made some big moves in the past few months as sources are saying it's a done deal!!!
That's right! Becks is expected to make an official announcement tomorrow afternoon about successfully bringing a professional soccer team back to South Florida!
While this is definitely HUGE news, there are still some major details that still need to be worked out, like where the team will be playing! David has previously been spotted scouting locations and sources say his favorite spot so far has been an area of land at PortMiami!
The team will be the 22nd in the league and could possibly play as early as 2016!! It looks like Becks is about to make a lot of soccer fans in Miami VERY happy!

Niall Horan isn't going to let a little thing like a busted knee keep him from his soccer fandom!!
The One Direction cutie, who recently had knee surgery, was recently spotted hobbling on over to iPro Stadium on crutches this Tuesday where he showed some love for his favorite team, Derby County FC!
Even though he recently told a fan that the crutches was "hard on his shoulders," he didn't let his injury OR the cold weather keep from supporting his boys as he live-tweeted throughout the game, and apparently he was a good luck charm as they pulled off a win against Yeovil Town FC!
After the game, the little Irish muffin talked a bit about his love for the team and how he became a Derby fan in the first place!
In fact, he revealed that in his younger years he was actually their mascot for a day and says he wouldn't mind doing it again in the future!
Now we definitely wouldn't mind watching that! LOLz!
Ch-ch-check out his interview …AFTER THE JUMP!!!
It’s almost that time again, folks!

Cristiano Ronaldo was in Zurich, Switzerland, where he accepted the coveted Ballon d’Or trophy!
No, it's not for the world's sexiest player! It means he was named the FIFA World Player of the Year for the second time!!
Cristiano took the stage to accept the prestigious award, and his emotions got the better of him and he let the waterworks fly! Luckily his adorable son Cristiano Jr. was there to support him!
The sexy soccer player also sparked some rumors when he referred to his supermodel girlfriend Irina Shayk as his wife, leading some to believe they eloped!
Sounds like somebody's been busy! Congrats, Cristiano!

Apparently, the 2022 World Cup, one of the largest sporting events in the world, is going to be changing things up a little…
Instead of being held in June/July, it's going to be held in the winter!
Yup, the winter. The problem is the World Cup game is going to be played in
In a recent interview, former German footballer Thomas Hitzlsperger said he wanted "to further the debate about homosexuality among sports professionals," and boy did he ever!!
So, how exactly did he do it? By coming out to become the first Premier League soccer player to announce he is openly gay!!
Thomas dropped the huge bombshell, saying it wasn't easy for himself to fully accept he was gay in the world of sports, but he
If you're not a soccer fan right now, you WILL be by the end of this two minute video!
