Caught in a camel coat, a gray scarf, and her usual pair of skinny jeans, the actress kept things warms and casual.

The singer looked uber fresh-faced (gasp! no red lipstick!) as she touched down in Narita International Airport in Tokyo on Sunday, wearing an I Love Ugly fox-print button-down, black pants, and black Caterpillar boots.

We LOVE seeing stars without makeup!

As Janis Ian would say, "It's like seeing a dog walk on its hind legs." Ha!

Purveyor of fabulosity Kimora Lee Simmons went au naturale to the nail salon in Studio City on Tuesday.

Rocking black leggings, an oversized tee, and flip flops, the 37-year-old looked shocked to see photogs snapping shots of her makeup-free face.

If she'd known they were out there, we're sure she would've taken that neon green plastic hair clip out of her hair!

At least she had her black Birkin on hand, though!
