Guess outpatient rehab just wasn't in the cards for Stephanie Pratt!

The drunk driving Hills star pleaded not guilty to her October 18th DUI in a Los Angeles court room on Friday, agreeing to stay at a residential rehab facility for 30 days.

What a cop out - Pratt will probably end up at Promises or another one of the many luxe, Hollywood-friendly rehab facilities!

Is Stephanie Pratt trying to avoid jail time by entering a rehab program before her sentencing??????

Most likely!

According to a Pratt's publicist a "friend", Stephanie is planning to enroll in an outpatient rehabilitation program to deal with her drinking issues.

"Getting a DUI was the wake-up call that she needed to get professional help for her drinking problem. Like a lot of people, she needed something to shake her up. She realizes it could have been a lot worse," the source shared with In Touch Weekly:

What a mouthful.

If she were anywhere else in America, her ass would be in an orange jumpsuit picking garbage off the freeway with the other inmates.

Instead, we have to read that The Hills sweetheart pain-in-the-ass Stephanie Pratt has been formally charged with suspicion of DUI today after her arrest two weeks ago in Hollywood.

Um, excuse us, but there is nothing to be "suspicious" about! The idiot registered a .08 and .09 on her TWO breathalyzer tests. That .09 puts her ABOVE the legal limit!

If she is convicted, then she will face up to six months in jail.

So there is hope for that orange jumpsuit after all!

Now there's some sisterly love for ya!

Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt did not attend her sister Holly Montag's 26th birthday party because "Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid."

Nice!

An insider continued: "Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party…I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't even show up without a fee. That's disgusting."

Holly ended up getting some publicity for her event, though, as her BFF Stephanie Pratt was arrested for DUI suspicion shortly after leaving!

But we're pretty sure Heidi didn't mind being upstaged by her sister-in-law in this case!

Well isn't this ironic.

As we mentioned yesterday, Spencer Pratt's sister, Stephanie Pratt, was arrested early Sunday morning in Hollywood for suspicion of DUI.

Pratt was partying it up celebrating the birthday of Heidi Montag's sister, Holly, when she decided to leave apparently intoxicated and got busted.

But earlier on Saturday, Stephanie was actually busy filming a PSA with 17-year-old actor Jermaine Crawford. Yea, we don't know who he is either, but turns out he was part of HBO's former show, The Wire.

Crawford actually created a program called Code Blue with the focus of bringing awareness to teen issues and "bring about change to empower and inspire youth spiritually, physically and, emotionally"

The PSA is set to air in November during Homeless Youth Awareness Month.

Now, when's Stephanie going to create a new PSA about not driving drunk?!?

As we all know Spencer Pratt's sister Stephanie was arrested on Sunday morning in Hollywood for a DUI.

The soon to be Hills quitter had a BAC just .01 over California's legal limit of .08 at .09.

Hey, a DUI is a DUI!

Maybe Stephanie should attend church with Spencer and Heidi. We're sure they can help the "former" meth addict and boozer find God.

And a sober driver.

And a lawyer.

Multiple sources are saying Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of DUI around 3:45 a.m. on Sunday morning in Hollywood!!!

What a dumb bitch! So easily avoidable!!!

We also wonder what exactly the "former" drug addict was driving under the influence of!

Pratt is currently residing in a Hollywood jail cell with her bail set at $5k.

We can't believe Spencer has yet to make a statement!

The Hills is starting to go down one by one, as cast members are revealing their ultimate exits.

Kristin Cavallari sure knows how to scare the bitches off!

Stephanie Pratt, the "formerly" drug-addicted sister of Spencer Pratt, has revealed that she won't be returning to the series after this season's 10 episodes.

She told reporters:

"I don't know how much more I can take of The Hills. It is very brutal. … It's not because of Kristin. I was going to stay and see what happens after these 10 episodes, but I just don't think I can stand The Hills anymore."

This news comes on the heels of Audrina Patridge's speedy exit to get her own show, and news that Lo Bosworth may also be looking to get off The Hills.

At this rate, they might as well can The Hills, give Spencer and Heidi Montag their own show, and just have a full blocked out evening of former cast members on their own shows. It'll be like 2 straight hours of docudrama!

Would that work for U?

P.S. Methface better not be lying! If she's using this as a negotiating ploy to get more money, MTV better call her bluff and show her how replaceable she is!

The girl with the fugged-up face, formerly known as Stephanie Pratt, showed up at the In Touch Weekly Icons + Idols party in NYC on Sunday looking like a deflated Heidi cry for help!

Could she not afford her sister-in-law's surgeon?!

Her wonky-eyed, fish-lipped new face isn't gonna get her very far!

So, perfect for The Hills though!

But seriously, what did she do to her lips? She was fine before without any work done!
