What an unlikely but sweet story!
According to TMZ, Lopez floated about
Though it was simple, Kimmel honored the legendary rock star by mentioning him in his monologue and having his band play Prince songs throughout the show.
Both Stephen and James decided to take a moment during their shows to address the musician's death and even chatted it up with his guest Tom Hanks about the Purple Rain singer!
Ch-ch-check out Corden and Colbert's touching tributes to Prince (below) and let us know your feelings on the singer's passing.
Take that, North Carolina!
Gov. Pat McCrory may be doing his best to deny equal rights to the LGBT community, but Hollywood is putting up quite the fight.
The Late Show host opened the show Tuesday night with him simply speaking to the audience about how he believes cancelling his services in his home state of NC would be ineffective…
Except actors portraying Abraham Lincoln and Robert E. Lee can be seen making out behind him the entire time! LOLz!!!
It's just gay enough to tick off any bigot watching his late night show!

April 19 marks the big New York Democratic primary.
So it's no surprise that Hillary Clinton took time out of her busy schedule to arrange a pre-taped sit down with Stephen Colbert at the historic NYC restaurant, the Carnegie Deli, before this major voting day. Of course, The Late Show host made sure to ask the Presidential hopeful all kinds of hard hitting questions like, is her husband Bill Clinton a "smug vegan"?
Not to mention, the late night TV personality taught the longtime politician how to eat a cheesecake AND pulled out his EPIC Bill impression. LOLz!
In all seriousness, Miz Clinton was the epitome of confidence when discussing her work ethic and her ability to be bi-partisan when dealing with Congress.
Watch out Donald Trump, it looks like Hill is already making a play for your Republican voters. We mean, if both the Trumpster and Clinton win their party nominations — we have a feeling that some registered Republicans may jump ship to vote for the Democratic candidate.
Just sayin'! Be sure to ch-ch-check out the entire sit down for yourself (above).
Melissa McCarthy sure has been having a TON of fun on the late night circuit helping to promote her new film The Boss!
Well on Wednesday night, Melissa stopped by James Corden's even sillier Late Late Show where things got downright wacky when Corden, McCarthy, and Kristen Schaal all decided to wear mouthguards for the interview!
Ch-ch-check out the crazy shenanigans (below) as the celebs do their best to talk, drink, and blow bubbles while wearing the mouth pieces!
Anna Kendrick has apparently had to make out with some duds!
Good thing in her new action-packed rom com Mr. Right, she gets the super adorable Sam Rockwell!
Stephen Colbert asked the costars on Wednesday night's Late Show all about their "significant" and "vigorous" makeout sessions — and Anna told him it's not easy with everyone!
We're guessing since they appeared on the show together, this was a pleasant experience — unless she's trying to send an elaborate message! Ha!
Ch-ch-check out the cute cinematic couple (above) and go see Mr. Right in theaters Friday!
Don't ask WTF — just sit back and enjoy the magic!
We were first made aware of the odd musical gem that is BABYMETAL when we saw the Japanese teen girl rockers destroy in a concert music video that went understandably viral.
Now, two full years later, the band finally bring their unique blend of heavy metal and cutesy idol J-pop to the U.S., thanks to Stephen Colbert.
Watch them perform their hit Give Me Chocolate — complete with cocoa choreography — live on the Late Show stage (above)!
Like most of us, Melissa McCarthy and husband Ben Falcone are huge fans of cooking competition shows!
Stopping by The Late Show on Tuesday night, The Boss stars admitted to Stephen Colbert that they always wanted to compete on Chopped.
Luckily for them, the host had a late night version of the popular Food Network competition in store for them — only this one was a lot messier!
Colbert introduced Melissa and Ben to Smooshed, a 60-second cooking game where the chefs have to combine three random ingredients — along with access to the special Late Night pantry — into their own culinary creation!
Both competitors whipped up some pretty disgusting creations, and the best part was watching the host eat them both!
Ch-ch-check out the clip (below) to see who won!
