We kid, we kid! (Then again…)
Elisabetta Canalis joined Sacha Baron Cohen on a yacht in Cannes, France on Wednesday to kick off the annual film festival with a VERY entertaining paparazzi photo shoot.
They started their shenanigans by taking turns running each other's bodies down
It was fun while it lasted. Or at least we hope it was, but Steve-O and Elisabetta Canalis are donzo!
And believe it or not, the split has nothing to do with the Jackass star being a jackass! He actually dumped her because she partied a little bit too much for his liking.
This is what went down according to an inside source:
Steve-O and PETA?! An unlikely but successful tag-team!
The Jackass star spoke in front of 100 youth activists in El Lay. He lectured to them about his vegan diet and how it helped with his sobriety, and with the peta2 Experience.
Steve-O says he's feeling better, looking younger and has clearer skin thanks to his diet, stating:
The most compassionate diet is the healthiest diet. If you produce food with cruelty, it's harmful to your body. If food is produced with compassion and not cruelty, it's very healthy for your body.
Check out the pics (above) of Steve-O's lecture and CLICK THE JUMP to hear his rant against the Ringling Bros. circus.
Aside from doing some hand holding and making out they also interacted with the locals.
Steve-O got to meet a cute looking Italian dog!
Don't worry Elisabetta, we're sure he still thinks you're cuter.
Also, btw, that's not her in the picture, that's one of the locals. In case U thought we missed something.

Check out this unlikely pair looking happy overseas!
It's pretty cute to see them hand in hand, going about their day shopping and hanging out with all the locals!
The photography of this photo seems extremely legit, too — from the focus to the lighting!
Makes us wonder if they were hired…
Either way, it's good to finally see the couple out and about!

Last Saturday, Jackass's Steve-O hosted a fundraiser to benefit The Kindness Collective.
The Kindness Collective is a group that works with domestic violence shelters to help accommodate survivors' pets.
"Up to 40% of domestic violence victims report that they are unable to escape their abusers because they are afraid of what will happen to their pets when they leave.
The Kindness Collective hopes to bring an end to the abuse by permitting victims of domestic violence to seek safety along with their pets."
At the event Steve-O spoke about his transition to living clean, sober and vegan. He said:
"Cruelty is unhealthy; compassion is healthy. And that is a universal rule that stays the same no matter what area you look at. I have benefitted from being vegan in every area of my life… emotionally, mentally, physically."
The founder and president of The Kindness Collective said:
"There's so much more to Steve-O than you see in Jackass and Wildboyz. Steve-O has a huge heart, and he lives a compassionate vegan life that is completely in line with the mission of The Kindness Collective."
Not only has he been clean and sober since March of 2008 he's also living a vegan, cruelty-free lifestyle.
Way to go, Steve-O!
