This is absolutely incredible news!

Although The Sugababes have been around since 1998, none of the founding members are still in the line-up, but it appears that the originals - Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan, and Siobhán Donaghy - have reunited, and are back in the studio, recording new material with Professor Green!

Keisha took to Twitter to share the news:

Not so fast!

After Mutya Buena announced on-line yesterday that she had won the rights to the name of the band she helped form, Sugababes, a spokesperson for the current line-up of the girl group came forward to clarify the ruling, and claims that the ruling may not be as cut and dry as it sound!

Oh crap! We'll be VERY curious to see how this all plays out!

There's been some serious legal drama surrounding the Sugababes as of late, mainly concerning the group's original members fighting in the courtroom for the rights to the name Sugababes itself, and today, founding member Mutya Buena won it back, as well as full ownership, according to the official EU trademark website!

She took to her Facebook to share the news:

Thankfully, this is much more inneresting - and SEKSI - than the actual track!

Check out the just-released music video for the latest single from the Sugababes, called Freedom, off of their upcoming eighth studio album (above)!

We still think that it's an absolute TRAVESTY that Keisha was sacked, but we'll remain cautiously optimistic that this won't be the death of the group without her!

Former Sugababe, Keisha Buchanan, the last original member of the group who was - some would say - "unjustly" forced out, has been working on solo music and we are LOVING what we're hearing.

A song, Under Control, just leaked. We're not sure if it's a demo or not but it sounds like a finished song to us and it is pop bliss!!!!

Amelle Berrabah of the Sugababes was arrested in London on the suspicion of drunk driving!

After being stopped at almost 5:30am in North London a couple of days ago, she was taken into custody and later released on bail!

A spokesperson for Scotland Yard said:

"Amelle Berrabah, 26, will appear on bail at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on October 8 charged with driving with excess alcohol."

Not okay! And just plain STOOPID!

She's very lucky that she didn't hurt anyone!

Please THINK before you get behind the wheel of a car, people!
