Trump and house speaker Paul Ryan were once confident they could get enough Republican votes to replace the Affordable Care Act -- but shit went SOUTH first on Thursday and then during the formal debate on the bill Friday morning.
How south? The House called for a recess just MINUTES before the official vote was supposed to go down. Republican representatives dramatically called for a secret meeting, frantically scrambling for last minute support.
That effort proved to be futile minutes later, when it was reported that the President called for Ryan to pull the bill completely:
