Kris Jenner and the Kardashian fam can't be too happy that Dr. Gary Eldridge, an Australian face doc, has filed for an American trademark that uses their name!
The 'Kardashian Facelift,' as Eldridge is calling it in his trademark papers, was just filed officially with U.S. trademark officials so the Aussie doc can market to people wanting to look like the reality TV stars.
According to court documents, the cosmetic procedure

While professionals expect the 40-year-old to make a complete recovery, he must refrain from talking and singing for a couple of months.
