The Queen has spoken!
After celebrating Fathers Day with her own family, Beyoncé congratulated Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on their bouncing baby girl.
The singer posted to her Tumblr:
"Congratulations Kim & Kanye– Enjoy this beautiful moment together."
It may have taken her a little while to say something, but it’s the thought that counts!
Now it’s only a matter of time until little Kimye is eating from the Swarovski crystal high chair Bey gave them.

Anytime we see Carrie Underwood in anything other than a flouncy gown, it's like we're seeing her for the first time!
The singer wore an aquamarine Edition by Georges Chakra short suit to the CMT Music Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, and of course it was fully sequined.
It also had mesh panels along the shoulders and the sides of the shorts, because Carrie wouldn't be caught dead in just a regular old boring short suit.

The 43-year-old gave everyone some major competition in her custom silver Atelier Versace gown, which featured a dramatic train and Swarovski crystal embellishments along the bodice.
Though not quite at Nicole Kidman-levels of awesome, this is the most glamorous and polished we've seen the actress look in a while.

The America's Got Talent judge made a sparkly grand entrance at the Palais des Festival on Thursday for the Cannes Film Festival premiere of Nebraska premiere wearing a white hot Versace gown covered in Swarovski crystals.
In typical Heidi fashion, the asymmetrical gown had a seksi thigh-high slit that showed off her bronze and toned supermodel legs.
And because there's no such thing as too much bling at Cannes, Heidi accessorized her look with a pair of massive Lorraine Schwartz earrings.

She spreads wonder everywhere she goes!
The 40-year-old attended the Behind the Candelabra premiere on Tuesday, looking like Snow White in an EXQUISITE red bedazzled Elie Saab Couture tea-length dress.
All red accessories, including jeweled Swarovski clutch, satin Loubotuin pumps, pouty lips and manicure, rounded out the ensem.
You'd think all that red would be too much, but of course Dita makes it work.

Looks like Nikki Reed is taking a page out of Twilight for her new jewelry collection.
The actress teamed up with 7 For All Mankind and designed a five-piece line, including bracelets, earrings, and necklaces, that range anywhere from $48 to $84.
And, since jewelry-making actually runs in her family (her great grandmother was a jewelry designer), she knows what she's doing!
