Sylvester Stallone is refusing to get surgery after tearing his bicep during a movie stunt, because the procedure is too dangerous and he might lose his arm.

Just kidding, he's refusing because he's stubborn and sick of having operations due to movie-related injuries — and it would ruin a tattoo he has. Uh, okay. Just endure the pain then??

While we understand it's been a long road of surgeries, including his back, neck, shoulders and leg since shooting 2010's The Expendables, we can't imagine not fixing a problem. Even for a tattoo that's meant to tribute your wife.

Here's what he says:

He was recently thinking about how the seksi bodies of leading men have changed over the years, from the Schwarzenegger and Stallone style bodybuilder bods to more lean Brad Pitt in Fight Club or Ryan Gosling all the time bods!

So if you want to look like a leading man, or you want your man to look a little more "Goslingy," just follow this workout!

Do you ever find yourself watching The Expendables (or Expendables 2) and wishing you looked even as remotely good as a bunch of guys twice your age??

Well you can!

First thing's first though — find better taste in movies! JK!!!!

Secondly, start hitting the gym. They didn't get there by watching The Expendables all day.

The lucky Olympian got to walk the red (in this case black) carpet with Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme and more!

So cool that he got to hang out with so many HUGE action stars!

We bet many of them were really excited to meet the gold medalist too.

Must've been so much fun but Lochte earned it, he made his whole country proud!

Way to go, Ryan!

Being jacked at 66-years-old "comes at a price," according to Sylvester Stallone.

The veteran action star recently told sources that all of the beatings his and Arnold Schwarzegger's bodies have taken at the gym and on explosive movie sets is sending them to the doctor's office more frequently as they age.

Looks like you're back on your feet after your surgery, Arnold!

Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted at Cafe Roma in an arm sling after having shoulder surgery with his BFF Sylvester Stallone!

Wonder how much longer until he's back to 100% and ready to get is action movie on!

Plus, Terminators don't really heal, so he's probably just waiting for new skin. Ha!

Feel better, Arnold — hope the food was deee-lish!

Imagine: The sweat, the blood, two men beating the crap out of each other. The songs and lyrics they sing.

Wait, what??!

Yeah, apparently they're working on a Rocky musical!

Here's what Stallone has to say:

“I always had the idea of Rocky as a musical. At the end of the day, Rocky is a love story and he could never have reached the final bell without Adrian. To see this story coming to life on a musical stage makes me proud. And it would make Rocky proud.”

We're not sure Rocky can be proud of anything, being a fictional character, but yes, there will be Eye of the Tiger.

Let's hope that it comes to America, because right now it's slated for Germany!
