Can anyone really blame him?!

Stuntman Nuo Sun was standing-in for legendary actor and martial artist Jet Li during an all-too-explosive Expendables 2 action sequence last year in Bulgaria, when a terrible accident severely injured him and killed fellow stunt-worker, Kun Liu.

Nuo filed a lawsuit Thursday against Millennium Films, accusing the production company of negligence.

He alleges the fateful stunt sequence was never properly set up and seeks compensation for "severe shock and injury" and a persisting (if not permanent) "mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering."

Kun's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit over the summer against the production companies involved and also the film's stunt coordinator.

A spokesperson from Millennium offered condolences after the tragedy occurred, but the company hasn't yet commented on the plaintiffs' allegations.

Sylvester Stallone is refusing to get surgery after tearing his bicep during a movie stunt, because the procedure is too dangerous and he might lose his arm.

Just kidding, he's refusing because he's stubborn and sick of having operations due to movie-related injuries — and it would ruin a tattoo he has. Uh, okay. Just endure the pain then??

While we understand it's been a long road of surgeries, including his back, neck, shoulders and leg since shooting 2010's The Expendables, we can't imagine not fixing a problem. Even for a tattoo that's meant to tribute your wife.

We fell for the news about Nicolas Cage starring in The Expendables 3 just like everyone else, but it turns out that was a false rumor planted on an even falser Facebook page!

Will the real Sylvester Stallone please stand up? Hmm, we thought he'd be taller…

Anyway, Sly is putting the rumors to bed, saying he "has no knowledge of Nic Cage joining Expendables 3."

Aw, too bad! We were really hoping to see him and Steven Seagal go head-to-head!

The good news is the sequel is NOT a rumor! We can expect it in theaters in the next couple years!

Ruh-roh!! These antagonists won't know what hit 'em!!

While he doesn't possess the prototypical build of a conventional action-star or even, say, a high school wrestler, Nicolas Cage secretly amassed an impressive resume of '90s action films!

So we understand why Sylvester Stallone was thrilled to recently announce the star of The Rock, Con Air, and National Treasure is taking his talents to The Expendables 3!

In a Facebook message, Sly revealed:

Harley Pasternak, personal trainer to A-list actors, knows a thing or two about getting people into ahmayzing shape!

He was recently thinking about how the seksi bodies of leading men have changed over the years, from the Schwarzenegger and Stallone style bodybuilder bods to more lean Brad Pitt in Fight Club or Ryan Gosling all the time bods!

So if you want to look like a leading man, or you want your man to look a little more "Goslingy," just follow this workout!

For the second weekend in a row, The Expendables 2 came in number one at the box office, with $13.5 million!

And while nothing else changed in the top five - The Bourne Legacy, ParaNorman, The Campaign, and The Dark Knight Rises all once again followed suit - Joseph Gordon-Levitt's new action flick, Premium Rush, BARELY edged past that pesky anti-Obama flick, 2016, making $6.3 million to the documentary's $6.23 million!

Yeesh!

Oh yeah, and don't even ASK about that horror flick with Ashley Greene and Draco Malfoy.

It didn't even make the top ten!
