Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry know a thing or two about momming!

The Tia & Tamera stars and celeb moms hosted the launch party for Destination Maternity's brand new product Milky!

From what we hear, Milky is a sort of 5-Hour Energy for moms that doesn't put cray cray stuff in their breast milk. No wonder Tia and Tamera are such productive moms!

Tia Mowry-Hardict & Tamera Mowry-Housley are novice mothers, and yet they carry themselves like pros!

Now that's talent!!

So it comes as no surprise that these two are offering advice on how to make a full fledged career work while also being the very definition of an awesome mother!

Listen closely and you may learn a thing or two. We know we did!

Here's what they wrote:

We just love seeing Tia Mowry-Hardict and Tamera Mowry-Housley together- especially with their boys!

The Sister, Sister sisters took a break from filming in North Hollywood to pose for the paps with Aden and Cree! So cute!

Wait, did we say filming? Yep!

Are the duo working on some hush-hush new project! Maybe a Sister, Sister sequel series? Or a spinoff with their sons- Cousin, Cousin?

Or maybe just filming a segment for their Style Network show- they do look pretty fantastic!

Tia Mowry-Hardict and Tamera Mowry-Housley have come a long way since their days on Sister Sister, and now that they have their own show, Tia & Tamera on the Style Network, they know a thing or two about parenting.

And to let everyone in on how they handle their fast-paced career while still keeping up with their marriage and kids, they shared a few tips for PEREZ…and other first time parents:

Plus they're superstars and have been for a loooong time!

So it makes sense the two of them are up for a reality TV show that will follow their most interesting lives. But the sisters admitted they didn't want to enhance reality–at all!

Here's what Tia had to say about it:

They're also proud and loud!!!

Especially when it comes to their kids and their heritage!

Here's what they wrote on their website:

“We are incredibly proud of our heritage. As new moms, we want Aden and Cree to grow up with the knowledge that race has nothing to do with who you love, what you can achieve or what you are capable of. We want our children to embrace both sides of their heritage – the good parts of history and the bad– and be proud of their background and the positive place where it was led.”

Wow, those kids are some lucky sons-of-a-beautiful-women!

Their moms are looking out for their best interests…

Sister, Sister stars Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry are both moms now, and they couldn't love it more!

But that doesn't mean it's easy! Tamera says:

"Becoming a mom has really thrown me for a loop. I figured I had this job in the bag because I took care of my brother and my nephew. No way!"

Luckily, she has her big sis to help out! She says:

"I turn to my sister to see if my nephew, Cree, went through the same things Aden is going through. I also turn to her to find out what to expect, since her son is a bit older than mine."

But things aren't always easy for Tia either!
