Sadly, not all attendees at an award show can be winners.
And not all of them can hit a home run in the style department either!
Here are some less than fortunate fashion choices from this year's American Music Awards, and we'd like YOU to vote on the worst dressed (below)!
Uhhh, was Taraji P. Henson aware she was going to the AMAs?
The Empire starlet looked way too casual on the American Music Awards red carpet in Los Angeles on Sunday!
We love her purple pout, but this outfit??
Taraji donned an oversized white button-up to tease a peek of her lacy black bra, and finished it off with strappy gold sandals and a diamond choker.
We were ready to see her slay, but the actress just did not deliver!

Taraji P. Henson's new memoir Around The Way Girl really goes into detail!
Not only does the actress open up about raising her son as a single mom, being in an abusive relationship, but she also sheds light on racism in Hollywood.

A new excerpt revealed by USA Today described one specific instance when a role of hers was given to Naomi Watts instead. Taraji recalled how St. Vincent director and screenwriter, Theodore Melfi, had written the role of the pregnant Russian stripper for her:
"Time and again, I've lost roles because someone with the ability to green-light a film couldn't see black women beyond a very limited purview he or she thought 'fit' audience expectations."
And while she doesn't point any fingers, the Empire starlet added:
One of these TV power-houses is about to lose their empire…
It's no secret that 50 Cent isn't exactly the biggest fan of Empire due to its gay plotlines, but he apparently isn't that fond of Cookie either.
In fact, the Power producer just got into ANOTHER feud with Taraji P. Henson over the weekend following the FOX musical drama's Season Three premiere on Wednesday!

Apparently, the rapper is just the tiniest bit jealous that his Starz crime drama isn't the most popular black show on television, so he's taking it out on Taraji!
In a since-deleted Instagram post on Saturday, 50 called out Empire's admittedly-fallen ratings, saying:
Taraji P. Henson actually took the time to change her entire look to present the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the Emmys Sunday night.
Dayum, girl! That takes dedication!
The Empire actress switched her curls for a blunt and banged style, and traded in her yellow gown for a long-sleeved shimmering brown number.
And she looked sensational!
Isn't she such a total diva?! Loves it!
