Kevin Zegers makes his Gossip Girl debut!

The new man to invade the Upper West Side was seen shooting his first few scenes with Taylor Momsen this afternoon. Looking quite debonair, the on-screen couple took a stroll through Central Park.

Little J scored herself a big hottie! But she looks so damn peeved with the photogs!

Don't worry, bb! No one is looking at you!

Well, hello Kevin Zegers!

Meet the new guy invading the Upper West Side lives of the Gossip Girl cast.

Little Jenny Humphrey, played by Taylor Momsen better look out, because Kevin's character, Damien is an "international bad-boy love interest" brought in just for her.

Little J doesn't have the best track record with boys on the show, so this may prove to be very juicy! Plus, he is definitely not bad to look at!

Did Taylor Momsen originally have a role in the upcoming Runaways/Joan Jett biopic????

According to Momsen's record contract, she's required to fork over some major $$$$ if she signs up for an acting role that includes any "musical elements", but there's an exception to the clause!

The contract says Taylor is allowed to sing for two projects: Gossip Girl and "an upcoming Runaways project."

Hmmm!

Did someone get booted off the film before shooting even began???

Or was it wishful thinking on Momsen's part because she's such the rock star now?????

The Runaways flick, starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, has never mentioned the addition of Little J to the cast, so…

Old meets new as two actresses from Josh Schwartz's hit teen dramas met up last night.

Former O.C. star Mischa Barton attended a cocktail party in honor of designer Kris Van Assche, hosted by GQ & Dior Homme, in New York on Tuesday night and met up with Taylor Momsen from Gossip Girl.

The hard-pAArtying girlies hung out and posed for pictures at the swanky party. We have to commend Mischa for making a good choice; Taylor is only 16 and can't legally drink, therefore the temptation to do so wouldn't be staring Mischa in the face.

Taylor will go to the bathroom and do her things there! Hopfully she won't bring Mush Mush along!

Yesterday, we showed y'all most of the cast of Gossip Girl dressed to the nines for a special episode involving 1920s wardrobe.

They all looked faboosh! And Taylor Momsen was no exception.

It's nice to see her looking like someone other than a young Courtney Love!

You know, we only kind of saw it before, but now we're pretty much convinced that Gossip Girl trainwreck-in-the-works, Taylor Momsen, is really working too hard to look like Courtney Love.

There is no reason a girl with a stylist should have such trashy hair, and this constant lean she is always sporting makes us wonder how much Jack she drank before work.

Sober up and find a new style! Otherwise, you might end up in rehab before you're allowed to get a license.

Courtney Love wants to set the record straight!

Go for it, Court.

Last week, Miz Love incessantly babbled about Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen playing "crappy pop" and The Veronicas wearing her clothes, all through her now-locked Twitter account.

Love claims she has no interest in Momsen or GG, that the show "strikes [her] as stuff about the Upper East Side that [she] wouldn’t want my daughter to be around," and she would "never pick on a child."

But as far as The Veronicas feud goes…

What Courtney meant to say was that The Veronicas were literally wearing her clothes - the gals bought them on Etsy through a seller who lifted the goods from Love's closet!

Courtney told all in a recent interview:

… I will say that there’s some sister-pop Perez Hilton-y duo [the Veronicas] and what they did is … I personally Twittered them, about these four dresses from a vendor on Etsy, who had stolen some dresses from me. And I asked them to not physically wear these physical dresses. That’s totally different. And they made those private Twits public. And it made the Australian national news, someone told me. I was like, "What? Over a dress?" That’s retarded. Like, if it’s a million-dollar dress, like my tampon dress, that’s a different story.

Ahhh, it all makes sense now.

For her big milestone 16th birthday on Tuesday, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen decided to rock out with her band, Pretty Reckless, in NYC.

We'll forgive her ego - it was her bday after all - but what the hell is she wearing and what's going on atop her head????

First of all, she is wearing a babydoll. Don't even try to tell us that is a dress. We know a piece of lingerie when we see one and that is a sheer, pink babydoll. We'll guess it's from Vickys and move on.

The punk rock messy hair look went out when Courtney Love could still formulate coherent sentences. With the messy hair and the dark red lipstick, you look like you just rolled out of a rumble with a tacky drag queen. If it's not obvious, that is not a good look, sweetie.

And we hate your boots.
