Kelly Osbourne took a break from calling out celebrities and their bad style to make an appearance at Terry Richardson's Art Basel party in Miami on Friday.

The Fashion Policewoman looked fab in a cutout Camilla and Marc Resort dress that showed off her skinnier than ever bod.

Two-tone platform Steve Madden heels and a Kotur clutch completed Kelly's cute, S&M outfit.

While there were a lot of celebrity guests in attendance, Kelly O was definitely one, if not THE best dressed.

Though it’s blatantly obvious that the peeps at Dolce & Gabbana lurrrrrve themselves some Scarlett Johansson, we’ve grown a bit tired of the blonde bombshell in their ad campaigns.

The 28-year-old has been the go-to model for the brand’s beauty line for over two years, and we’ve had our fill.

Alas, seems like there’s nothing we can do about it as the actress has just scored herself yet another campaign for the Italian label, and this time it’s for a new fragrance called The One Desire.

The ad, shot by Terry Richardson, features Scarlett in a typical come-hither pose, and though she looks great, she just doesn’t inspire us to drop cash anymore.

A new face, like Bond girl Bérénice Marlohe or glamazon Christina Hendricks, would be a welcome change.

So what! She was too busy filming a documentary anyway!

After three seasons of being the face of Mango, Kate Moss is being replaced!

Taking over the reigns from Mossy will be none other than Victoria’s Secret bombshell Miranda Kerr, who will make her Mango debut in the S/S 2013 campaign.

She talked about her excitement, saying:

"Mango is a brand that I love. You always find the perfect garment for every occasion!"

The clothing brand released two teaser shots of Miranda's Inez & Vinoodh-lensed campaign on Wednesday, and as much as we love us some Kate Moss, we're excited to see Miranda step in!

Besides, it's not like Kate's hurting for work these days, anyway.

Gisele Bundchen covers her native Brazil's Harper’s Bazaar November issue and it’s so festive!

We’re not sure if Terry Richardson shot her a very long time ago, or if it’s just Photoshopped because she’s been noticeably preggo for awhile.

Whatever the case, we’re just glad to see her in a magazine. We were missing her pretty face!

Oprah decided to grace Harper’s Bazaar with her presence in their November issue, and it’s faboosh!

The big O is the only woman who could make Terry Richardson calm his mustache down and make her look like the classy goddess she is!

In the spread, she poses in perfect fall ensembles and accessories by Escada, Carolina Herrera, Cartier, Dolce & Gabbana, Jil Sander and Harry Winston.
