Jon Gosselin really knows how to pick 'em!

The douche father of eight has to deal with Kate Major possibly suing him and now he has Homewrecking Hailey WhatsHerFace talking smack online.

And things must not be going well between Jon and Hailey because she took to her Twitter page and said the following:

"Came home to spend time with my parents. I've missed my Mom.. There has been a giant fork driven between us the last 7 months. :-/

I've been dating someone like Dexter-lol-Its the most frustrating thing. I'm going to write a book..-lol. Welcome to my nightmare."

Gee, wonder what she could possibly be referring to. Oh, you coy one!

She then added the following:

"I literally am almost done with my reading "How to deal with a Compulsive Liar".-LOL. no joke though! Thats the sad thing.

Thanks to everyone who has been really supportive.Sorry i'm not very talkative I just have no fight left in me+ I don't have words but "wow".

Gag! Sounds to us like this chick just wants someone to come knocking on her door and pay for an interview.

She continues making little comments about Jon but says nothing of substance.

She then adds:

"My kind heart/soul was manipulated n taken advantage of. At 22 I've seen n felt the ultimate betrayals,I mean i guess i've learned a lot :-/"

I want to personally thank Everyone for there positivity/support. I truly appreciate it.Like I said from minute one "You Live, and You Learn"

It's one less hour of Gosselin drama on TV!

Hallelujah!

This coming Monday, the final episode of Jon & Kate Plus Eight will air on TLC and for anyone who is still interested, we have some details on what to expect.

For their final huzzah, the parents of sextuplets each take their little ones on BIG outings. Jon Gosselin takes his kids to a local fire station, while Kate ventures with them to a dairy farm.

Really trying to make it look like the don't have millions of dollars, huh TLC?

But for the majority of the episode, Jon and Kate Gosselin will reflect on the last five years and discuss how it has changed them and their children.

That should be enlightening!

And for those of you who are actually saddened by this news, fear not - TLC says Kate Plus Eight is still a go!

We look forward to watching ignoring it!

Jon Gosselin just won't go away.

Recently we mentioned how the idiot wrote a "contract" with his former whore fling Kate Major to make her his personal assistant and she'd get a percentage of his profits.

This, of course, was while he was still under contract with TLC.

And lately Kate's been considering suing the douche for breach of contract (hah, ironic), fraud, and loss of wages.

But John's not scared. According to his attorney, Mark Heller, they think the whole thing is laughable.

Heller reveals, “Kate knows Jon Gosselin is like Obama’s stimulus package. Every time she needs money, she cashes in on the few days she knew Jon Gosselin.”

Preach it!

Heller also confirmed that the signed agreement between Jon and Kate is real, but added that it doesn't hold much legal value.

Says Heller:

“It holds as much order as a six-inch pail with a nine-inch hole. It will not serve for the basis of any litigation. Anybody who would seek to file a lawsuit based on that document would be sanctioned. Her lawyer was very cautious in his language when he said ‘possible’ [breach of contract lawsuit]. Clearly he has no options concerning that matter.”

Sounds like Jon might have just written that note up to get some ass.

Super sketch!!!!

During their weekend tryst - which Jon denied took place - Kate Major got to work on more than Jon's wang! She managed to secure her future with the help of a clueless and desperate Jon Gosselin.

The douchey dad signed a secret contract written in chicken scratch, hiring Kate Major as his personal assistant and promising to pay her a portion of his profits as long as she remained mum on their relationship.

The document, dated July 28, 2009, reads:

"I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant handling some but not all future accounts. She will be a sub-contractor. She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."

And considering Major is supposed to give a deposition in his case with TLC, he is effed!!!!

She promised in writing to "run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work," but so long contract!!!

And hello, lawsuit!!!!!

Breach of contract and fraud sound about right!

Big surprise there!

In tonight's episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8, Father of the Year Jon Gosselin is shown ignoring his children repeatedly!

After showing a clip of Jon completely disregarding daughter Hannah while he is probably sexting Homewrecking Hailey Glassman, wife Kate Gosselin commented on his phone usage around the kids:

"He is on the phone a lot. I will come home and I'll say, 'Did Daddy play with you?'" They tell her that he didn't because he was on the phone!

They also show Jon "working the fence" and going down to greet the paparazzi and "fans" that gather outside their property in Pennsylvania! All the while twin daughters Mady and Cara are waiting for him to come back and pay attention to them.

Kate even admits that she is on the phone sometimes around the children, but she explains that it's only for work and only when she has to be. She suspects Jon's calls are "personal."

Ya think?

We wonder what Jon's rebuttal will be?

You know he won't take this one lying down since he's ALL about getting his name in the tabloids the well-being of his children!

It's the end of an era!

We're nearing the final episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8, which is set to air on November 23.

The soon-to-be divorced couple Jon and Kate Gosselin are reportedly both sitting down to "provide new insights on their recent life events" and discuss "what the future holds for them and their eight children."

It has also been revealed that Kate Plus 8 as a series is a no-go, but there may be "occasional specials" under the new name. TLC is in the development stages for a new show for Kate.

The series finale of Jon and Kate Plus 8 will include clips from Kate and the kids' visiting a dairy farm and a firehouse. There will also be the obligatory montage of highlights from the past 5 years.

How nice for the family to see the demise of their marriage set to music!

Will U be watching the Gosselins go out with a bang?

We hope he's telling the truth!

A rep for Jon Gosselin responded to reports that surfaced today about the father of 8 regularly snorting cocaine while partying as well as having a secret sex tape!

"It is truly false," the rep confirms. "It's sad that people are picking this up."

Jon's bodyguard, Thomas Meinelt, is even planning to sue the Enquirer for being "accused falsely in this whole story." The Enquirer claimed that Meinelt revealed the incrimination information about Jon in the court documents.

Thank God! The last thing the public needs to see is Jon Gosselin boning some nasty chick!

Just the thought of it makes us retch!

We're pretty sure that if you stopped the douchey behavior and just went to work every day to support your family the paparazzi would quickly lose interest!

Jon Gosselin has come up with the lamest excuse in the book, claiming that nobody will hire him because he's just TOO big of a celebrity.

He explains:

"Now, I find myself unemployed and without the ability to secure non-entertainment related engagements because the enormous Media interest, cameras, reporters and public interest makes it impossible to carry on normal daily activities, let alone find, secure and maintain a job with an employer who is willing to be exposed to the daily Media intrusions that has impeded by life."

So is your grand plan to keep up your douche antics to continue making money?

Sounds like a great idea!

He's also upset that TLC is blatantly "Team Kate," but come on, Jon! Can you blame them? She's not running around town with a different man every night and befriending Dina Lohan!

He says that TLC enforced their contract "strictly and harshly towards me, while leniently, if at all, applying them towards my wife. The Plaintiff has promoted and even facilitated opportunities and appearances for my wife, yet attempts to restrain and enjoin me from making a living for my family."

Jon's and his lawyers' main argument in the case is that Jon didn't breach the contract because they gave TLC advance notice of any media appearances. They also say that the contract should be void because it was signed when Jon and Kate were not yet represented by a lawyer or management.

However the contract WAS renegotiated several times later on when they did have representation, but Jon and his lawyers intend to claim that certain provisions were unable to be touched.

Give it up, Jon!

Get a real job like you did before, perhaps in IT if that's what you're qualified to do, and maybe your kids can have some sense of a normal life again.

We think your 15 minutes are more than over! Quit hanging on!

And the Lohan family drama continues!

Lindsay Lohan has been in a very public battle with daddy-of-the-decade Jon Gosselin Michael Lohan.

And she's taking her frustration out by joking with the paparazzi about him.

Lindsanity was spotted leaving Voyeur nightclub last night, pAArtying hard in West Hollywood, and the paps were all over her.

But after a few moments and lots of photographs later, Lindsay tells the paparazzi, "Guys, why don't you go find my dad, he's the one that wants the pictures."

So true!

She's then escorted to a car waiting for her, and as her guy friend started to drive away, he hit the parked car in front of him and drove off!

The paps then proceeded to chant "Hit-and-Run" over and over, and once again it seems like a typical night for Lilo.
