Such a sad thing to keep happening.
While fighting to end her bankruptcy case, she reportedly agreed to an offer that would give her the chance to keep 27 of her songs if she bought them back for $20,000. The only issue was that other people were allowed to outbid her.
And outbid they did as one man, Ross M. Klein, bought the selection of songs for twice what Toni was paying.
The songs he reportedly bought include You're Making Me High, How Many Ways, and Always, but it is believed Un-Break My Heart is not included, which is great because it's our fave!
This whole thing might make Toni totes sadsie, but at least she can put the bankruptcy case behind her!
Carry on, gurl!

She's apparently hard at work on some new music that they'll release in the fall with Motown Records. And we've gotta admit, we expect something HOT!
