Breaking up is hardly ever easy. And it doesn't help when everyone else knows about it.

But that's not going to stop Jessica Simpson from living her life and having the paparazzi follow along.

The often-ditzy blonde was spotted out this weekend trying to get past her public breakup with cheater Tony Romo.

Jess made her family and friends priority this weekend as she was spotted out at Hollywood restaurant and celebrity hangout, Katsuya, with her little sis Ashlee Simpson and pal Ken Paves.

And we'll give Jess some credit. Despite the breakup, she was looking a hell of a lot better than lil sis Asslee.

Time to get a tan, Ash. And maybe a new stylist.

Although Tony Romo has been linked to Natalie Smith shortly after his breakup with Jessica Simson, her father insists it is all speculation.

John Smith, the associate athletic director at Romo's alma mater, Eastern Illinois University, claims that Romo is a longtime family friend.

"His breakup brought all these rumors and stories and it is not true," says the coach. "Natalie feels so bad. Just being friends with Tony has disrupted everyone [from] talking about Tony and football and are instead talking about Tony and all of this."

Smith even has a theory about the media rumors. "What is funny about all of this is that if Tony hadn't broken up with Jessica, nothing would ever have been written about him having lunch with Natalie," he adds.

Only time will tell!!!

What a dick!

It turns out that when Jessica Simpson announced at a Feb 6 concert that "the man who loves her" was in the audience, Tony Romo was in attendance, but with a new whore at his side.

The football player was there with Natalie Smith, the 22-year-old daughter of the associate athletic director at his university alma mater that he has been spotted with recently.

Smith and Romo began having an "emotional affair" months before Jessica and Tony broke up! They exchanged flirty texts and met up several times, but are denying an official relationship.

"They've always flirted and texted each other. They had phone conversations one to two months before the breakup," claims a source close to Natalie. "They are not officially dating, but they are having an intimate relationship."

A.K.A. Dirty sex?!

They deserve each other!

After dumping Jessica Simpson the day before her 29th birthday, Tony Romo instructed security to keep the singer out of his gated Dallas home.

A sign at the entrance reads: "RED ALERT!!! TONY ROMO HAS MADE SOME CHANGES TO HIS LIST OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN….JESSICA IS NO LONGER ON THE LIST AND NOT APPROVED FOR ACCESS.

We don't think Simpson has any intention of visiting! She paid $19,000 after the breakup to overnight 37 boxes of her belongings from Dallas to El Lay.

Yikes!!

We're not surprised but, apparently, Jessica Simpson had been putting the pressure on Tony Romo to tie the knot and he finally snapped when she insisted on a huge Barbie and Ken themed bash to ring in her 29th birthday. 

Tony thought her birthday should be celebrated in a more low-key setting, and after bickering over arrangements, he told her he wanted a break.

A LONG one!

Jess canceled her party, saying that the electricity in her parents' house had gone out, but really she was too embarrassed to explain to everyone what happened.

Hmm. Sounds like an easy way out to us. No one likes being pressured, especially when it comes to walking down the aisle.

But the night before her birthday?  Cold!

Naturally, Tony Romo is a little preoccupied as of late.

The football player scored only second at the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship in Tahoe this weekend, which obviously must mean that his break up is distracting him.

Romo told People, "The more stuff you've got in your mind, probably the less successful you're going to be. So the only thing I think about is the task at hand. When you let your mind wander or think about other things, you're setting yourself up for failure. So I just try to stay focused. I've done a pretty good job of that this week."

Not only that, but female fans at the tournament waved homemade signs and voiced their disapproval of "that Barbie," which Romo did not acknowledge.

There's no remorse to be seen on Tony Romo''s face as Life & Style caught him pAArtying it up only a few days after dumping Jessica Simpson.

And who did he choose to party with? Why, another Ghost of the Simpson Bitch's Past, Ashlee Simpson's ex, Z-list musician Ryan Cabrera.

Call up John Mayer and you guys can start a "He-Man Simpson Haters Club."

Tony seemed to be enjoying his single status as he hung out with his boys at LA’s Key Club on Monday night. Witnesses commented that he looked "like he hadn't a care in the world", while he and his new buddy Ryan "checked out all the hot chicks dancing onstage.”

He even shared a little diddy with the crowd when he was dragged on stage by the band and Ryan. A source adds, "As soon as Tony stood up and showed his face they tossed him the mic. He got into it and sang a few bars of a Guns 'N Roses song. It was awesome!"

We bet! Guess the place holds no sentiment to him. In the olden days, the paps could usually find Tony and Jessica at the bar as they were regular Monday-night patrons.

And while Tony was getting drunk off life, Jessica was home, eating a case of Chicken of the Sea, left-over from her endorsement days.

We kid, we kid.

She ate all that a long time ago!

No touchdown!

But it could have been worse!
