Tori Spelling visited the Big Brother house today to surprise one of her biggest fans.

Contestant Adam has made it CLEAR that he is obsessed with her, so even though she is 8 months preggers, Tori stopped by for a visit.

Now that's how you treat a fan!

Let's hear it, Adam:

"Donna Martin Graduates!"

She doesn't look too unhappy, so we're assuming everything's just fine!

Tori Spelling dropped by a medical office, looking super pregnant and happy!

If it was just a check up, we hope it went well, and we can't wait to meet the new little one!

Someone's about to pop!

Even when her feet are probably going to endure some amount of pain, Tori Spelling still fulfills her motherly duties by taking her children out for bonding time.

The family went to the Farmers Market in Malibu for lunch and some shopping.

For those of you who know of Tori Spelling and her mom Candy Spelling's rocky relationship don't need to worry — the tears were the good kind!

Like a grandma totally should, Candy is really into spoiling her grandkids. We're talking dinners and extra dessert, clothes, the works. So it's no surprise that she'd bring something special to her granddaughter's birthday…

… but as it turns out, it was special for Tori too:

“One of the things that made my daughter cry a lot because a 3-year-old … they don’t really know too much about those things. Tori thought I got rid of her doll house from when she was little and I had two people bring it in and she started to cry … she was beside herself.”

That's just so sweet, we can hardly stand it! Especially with the tumultuous history between the two women, we're so happy the was a beautiful, emotional moment for them!

Let's hope their relationship can be further repaired, because a loving mom is something everyone deserves!

Also, Tori, we hope you're feeling okay after your car accident! Let us know!

Ugh! This is terrible and disturbing on so many levels!

A pregnant Tori Spelling was in a terrible accident on Monday morning after she was chased by the paparazzi while TAKING HER KIDS TO SCHOOL!

She apparently crashed into the wall of her children's school in her efforts to escape the crazed photographer. THEN to make matters worse, instead of running to help her like a RESPECTABLE HUMAN BEING, the photographer ran up to the crash and started taking pictures!

DISGUSTING!

Not only did this person CAUSE the accident, but to top it off, did nothing to help poor Tori and her children out!

She took to twitter to share her outrage, tweeting:

"Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school. I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school. He thn STILL got out to try to get pics. 10 school moms chased him away. Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock."

OMG! We sincerely hope her unborn baby is okay and some legal action is taken against this member of the paparazzi!

This is absolutely horrifying that a person would go to such despicable lengths to put people in danger for a lousy picture!

We hope all of the Spellings involved in the accident are okay and this incident raises awareness about the danger the paparazzi pose to the celebrities they are STALKING!

Aaaah-mazing! Time to get working on another Mommywood book!

Tori Spelling has just announced via her Twitter that she and her husband, Dean McDermott, are expecting their third child! She tweeted:

"I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me… Its official…Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!"

Congrats to the whole fam! We're super excited for you!

Oh, which will it be: a brother or a sister for Liam & Stella?! What are you hoping for, Tori???

That's a relief!

It would be such a shame if rumors were true that Candy Spelling's new book she is busy shopping around trashed her own daughter, Tori Spelling.

Luckily, Candy is insisting these allegations are "simply not true."

Instead of dishing on her rocky relationship with Tori, Candy said:

"It's about me starting to work for the first time after I turned 60 and my husband passed away."

The core of the book seems to be about her yearning for accomplishment, as she said:

"Everyone in my family has done something. My husband Aaron was the most prolific TV producer of all time, and my daughter is the queen of reality shows. So I thought I would really like to dabble in producing musicals and then I got so hooked."

Dabble she did! Candy is producing the Broadway revival of How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying starring Daniel Radcliffe!

While discussing the rampant rumors about her troubled relationship with Tori, she explained:

"It's very hurtful when people say mean things about my daughter and me. There was a time when things were rocky between us, and we worked that out, and I'm going to be on her reality show."

Good! We're happy to hear you two have patched things up and hope you continue to grow closer!

Thankfully, we can report that he is okay.

This morning, Tori Spelling lived every mother's nightmare as her son Liam fell off the kitchen table and hit his head on the floor. The poor little guy had to be rushed to the hospital when Tori noticed he was vomiting following his fall.

However, once he was taken to the ER and examined, doctors told her he was fine and allowed him to go home. She confirmed on her Twitter that he was doing better, but that'll she "keeping an eye" on him for a little while.

Phew! Thank goodness he's alright! Such a little trooper.
