Right now, Tory Burch is somewhere wishing her billionaire status hadn’t been revealed.
Shortly after winning one legal battle, the designer has had another one brought up, but this time it’s by an ex-employee instead of an ex-husband!
Jessica Jones, a black, bisexual woman, claims she was called a "n***er" and a "disgusting" homosexual while she worked at the company's Beverly Hills flagship from July 2011 to July 2012.
She also alleges

It’s all in the details, people!
We previously mentioned that Tory Burch had settled her legal issues with ex-husband Chris Burch regarding her company, and now the specifics have been released!
Mr. Burch decided to sell half of the 28.3% of the company he owned in order to save him some tax money, thanks to the laws Congress passed this week.
This means Tory still owns 28.3%, which is worth $935 million, but brings her net worth to $1 billion!
The entire business is worth over triple that at $3.3 billion.
Talk about a good investment!
We’re glad that it’s all settled and that everyone is happy with the financial arrangements. It seems like a win-win!

There’s nothing like putting problems behind you to start off the New Year!
That’s exactly what Tory Burch and her ex-husband Chris Burch have done with their legal battle over her company’s ownership.
The exact details aren’t available, but they came to an agreement on all claims, including Chris still owning part of the company.
The pair also agreed to bring in two new investors: Capital Partners and General Atlantic.
This issue has carried on for quite awhile, so it’s nice that they’ll finally move past it and let their fashionable business continue as usual.
And as much as we loved it, see Anna Wintour and Diane von Furstenberg can officially retract their claws from Chris' jugular.
LOLz!

Nicky Hilton channeled her inner lumberjack on Thursday to take advantage of the post-Christmas sales at Fred Segal.
The socialite bundled up in a red and black plaid Torn by Ronny Kobo coat, gray skinny jeans, a black tee and fox-faced Tory Burch smoking slippers.
Foxy shoes for a foxy lady!
The only thing missing was an axe!
On second thought, if you axe us, it's probably best that Nicky left that at home.

You mean to tell us nobody wanted to shell out $500 for an alice + olivia bicycle, or $80 for an Altuzarra tray, or even $50 for a Diane von Furstenberg yoga mat?
Well, all of those items, and a lot more, are now available for 50% off at Target only three weeks after the launch, because apparently the Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday Collection collabo was not the success everyone thought it would be.
After customers went cray cray

This is getting UGLY!
A month ago, Tory Burch's ex-husband, Christopher Burch and his companies filed a suit against the designer, her board members and equity firm, but now, she has some words for him!!
Tory filed her court papers on Monday claiming Burch used info from her label to create his brand, C. Wonder, and that the allegations of interference with the sale process in his 28.3 percent stake in the company is his fault.
Since Chris created C. Wonder last year, the deal which is called, Project Amethyst, kicked the bucket because
