We hope this development gives James McNair's family some sense of peace.
After it was discovered that the Walmart employee was at fault for the crash due to speeding, the McNair family won a settlement from the company.
While the settlement figure wasn't disclosed, McNair's loved ones are happy with the outcome.
An attorney for the family said:
As 2014 draws to a close, now is the perfect time to look back and reflect on the biggest pop culture phenomenons of the year.
And what better way to do that than to check out what people have been searching on Google???
Yup, the popular search engine has officially released their annual "Year in Search" data for the world to admire, and Kim Kardashian obviously showed up a LOT on their lists.
But she actually WASN'T the most Googled celebrity of the year!!
Tracy Morgan is one tough guy!
The actor, who is still recovering from a horrific car crash that left him with SERIOUS injuries, stepped out for the first time since the wreck on Wednesday.
The 30 Rock alum looked determined as he visited a post office in New Jersey with the assistance of a walker and his fiancée, Megan Wollover.
Aw, it's so inspiring to see Morgan out and about despite his painful injuries!
Well, well, well, look at 30 Rock being ahead of the times.
Waaaaay back in March of 2009, Tina Fey's brilliant television show aired an episode called The Bubble in which they make QUITE a bold joke.
Well things don't go as planned in the little stunt and Tracy Jordan pretty much accuses Dr. Huxtable of raping his Aunt Paulette. Yep.
We're rooting for you, Tracy Morgan!
Five months after the former 30 Rock star was in a car crash that left him severely injured, the actor's attorney, Benedict Morelli, is opening up about his recent progress.
Though Benedict admitted that Morgan is "struggling", he added:
"Mr. Morgan is a fighter. He's fighting to get better. If there's a chance to be back to the Tracy Morgan he once was, he is going to try to do that. We just don't know. But is he doing much better? He's doing better."
We're so glad to hear that the comedian's condition is improving!
Though we're aware that Tracy has a long road ahead of him, we have no doubt he'll make a full recovery!

This is just horrible news on top of everything horrible that's already been going on with this matter.
Unfortunately, we are now hearing his fight to heal might not ever get him back to 100%.
Tracy's lawyer, Benedict Morelli, has revealed some heartbreaking news about the comedian's future and whether or not he will be able to perform again:
We couldn't believe what Walmart's response was to the injured comedian's lawsuit — and we don't think he can either!
Tracy Morgan decided to make a statement following the response that Walmart made this week, indicating they blamed Tracy for the accident that left him in critical condition!
The company's lawyers said on Monday in a filing that the accident was "caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seat belt restraint device," and that Morgan and the other people in the car "acted unreasonably and in disregard of (their) own best interests."
Well, Tracy has fired back and it sounds like he's upset! And we don't blame him!
