Caitlyn Takes D.C.!!!!
The I Am Cait star was spotted jetting out of Los Angeles on Thursday to make her way to Washington D.C. for Trump's inaugural ball.
Since the former Olympian will be one of the biggest stars in attendance (other than the outgoing president and Trump's election rival Hillary Clinton), reports have surfaced that the staunch Republican will dance with the incoming POTUS during the celebration.
But according to the 70-year-old's reps, she doesn't plan on being grabbed for a Washington tango.
Speaking to People, Jenner's rep said:
This is an AH-mazing idea!
Last week, hippies everywhere were devastated to learn that Coachella's owner has donated money to multiple anti-LGBTQ organizations.
While Phil Anschutz has denied allegations that he shares the same bigoted beliefs as the groups he's funded, people are encouraging the artists from the 2017 show's star-studded lineup to fight the hate!
Care2's LGBTQ issues advocate, Sarah Rose, applauds the initiative, saying:
Sigh. We had such high hopes for Caitlyn Jenner.
As we we previously reported, Cait is a longtime Republican who supported Ted Cruz during the 2016 election. The trans-activist even claimed she'd be a "trans ambassador" if Cruz was elected.
An inside source who spoke to the mag claims the athlete will attend, but is STILL looking for a date to the event. We can't say we're surprised considering NO ONE else in Hollywood wants to go to this sh*t show!
Following the news of the reality star's inauguration plans, her spokesperson told LGBTQ Nation:
"I'm unaware, at the moment, of any details relating to this."
Well, that's not a yes OR a no! We wonder why Caitlyn's people are being so coy about this…
So, do YOU think it's wrong for Jenner to attend the inauguration given her role in the trans community?
Prepare to be prepared!
If you happen to be a member of the LGBT community, then chances are you've at least heard of PrEP — or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis.
But just in case you're not completely aware of the HIV prevention tool, the LGBT Center of Los Angeles' latest campaign is here to help!
Officially starting this Sunday, the El Lay-based center will be teaching all of us — but specifically those most at risk; gay and bisexual men of color, and transgender women — how to F*ck W/out Fear!
