United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz Continues His Apology Tour: 'We Need To Do A Much Better Job'

Things weren't great at United Airlines long before this viral video controversy.

As you surely know, the airline made headlines this month when footage of a male doctor being aggressively dragged off an overbooked flight hit the internet. After numerous celebs and internet users rallied around the victim, Dr. David Dao, United Airlines offered up several apologies to try and appease the situation.

And it seems as though the company isn't done apologizing as CEO Oscar Munoz has offered up ANOTHER "mea culpa." We have a feeling Munoz is scrambling to fix this situation as United's profit had already plunged

United Airlines Kicks A Bride & Groom Off The Plane Before Their Wedding — Check Out Both Sides Of The Story!

United Airlines couple kicked off flight.

Oh, United Airlines, you really can't afford anymore mishaps.

In the wake of the David Dao dragging incident, United should really be on its best behavior, but that still doesn't seem to be the case.

In the latest incident, a bride and groom (pictured above) allege they were kicked off the plane on the way to their wedding in Costa Rica.

According to Michael Hohl, the groom, he and fiancée Amber Maxwell were the last to board the plane and saw a man sprawled across their seats (24 B and C) napping when they arrived. Not wishing to disturb him they sat a few rows ahead of their assigned seats because the plane was only half-full and had plenty of empty rows.

United Airlines Changes Its Overbooking Policy!

United Airlines changes its overbooking policy.

Little by little, they're making progress.

It was announced Friday that United Airlines has made changes to its overbooking policy as it relates to employees.

Now, a passenger can only be removed to accommodate a United crew member if it's absolutely imperative that the crew member make the flight in order to work another flight AND if the crew member arrives an hour before boarding.

In this way, passengers who have already been seated won't have to be removed. Instead, passengers might be kept from boarding at the gate or earlier.

TMZ reports there have also been some emails being exchanged today between higher-ups.

In one email, a Senior VP of In-Flight Service wrote:
