At least one thing is going right in Justin Bieber's personal life.

Justin and the slew of famous neighbors that live it up in Calabasas' The Oaks were SERIOUSLY pissed when they got news a producer planned to shoot some juicy reality TV in their gated community, but fortunately (or unfortunately for us) there is a huge snag in his diabolical plan.

While a show all about the neighborhood dramz of a celeb-packed hood sounds AHmazing, it also appears to be illegal.

It VERY clearly states in The Oaks of Calabasas Homeowners Association rules and regulations that there is to be NO filming inside the exclusive gates.

Also, filming is ONLY allowed in privately owned areas and CANNOT exceed 5 days without the approval of the Board.

If the producer does film JB, Keyshawn Johnson, Travis Barker, Shanna Moakler, Kourtney Kardashian or the Jackson family then there is no doubt he will be violating their right to privacy.

One well-known resident, Shanna, explained:

Travis Barker has had to battle his fair share of demons since barely surviving the plane crash that killed four others back in 2008, and although he's now drug-free and changed his lifestyle to ensure his health is his top priority, he is still unable to fly.

Which sadly means that he simply cannot join his blink182 bandmates for their upcoming tour dates in Australia.

Travis Barker believes he has been profiled by a Los Angeles police officer for the second time in about one year because of his ink.

He was driving somewhere in El Lay to pick up his daughter on Wednesday when a cop pulled him over.

Turns out his car was missing a front license plate, but Barker says he was treated like a violent gang banger and accused of "having drugs and weapons in the car."

After the Blink-182 drummer allowed his car to be unnecessarily searched, he was simply issued a ticket.

As far as he's concerned, police profiling for any reason just ain't cool and wants it to stop. His infraction was minor and the officer made a bigger deal out of it than he had to.

Not only was it embarrassing, but we imagine he was late to pick up daughter.

We can't believe DJ A.M. — a.k.a. Adam Goldstein — overdosed on drugs and died three years ago Wednesday.

On Twitter, tons of friends, family, and loyal fans continue mourning his passing. They even had #djam trending at one point!

Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker remains one of the most deeply affected.

He barely survived a plane crash with Adam back in 2008 and today he credits his sobriety to his absent friend.

He said:

After a horrible plane crash and DJ A.M.'s overdose, it seemed like only marijuana and prescriptions drugs could ease the pain.

He said in a recent interview:
