UPDATE 1:35 p.m. EST: While Jackson's former team, the Lebanese Basketball team, reported that he died in a car accident, the L.A. County's Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner is now reporting that he was found dead in his pool at his home. The coroner commented:
"He has not been examined yet but we can confirm that he was discovered at the bottom of a pool. There was no indication, however, that he hit his head anywhere. He did not have any chronic or acute medical condition that would be the reason why he was found at the bottom of the pool."
