Forget Glitter! This truly is Mariah Carey's masterpiece!
On Monday, the trailer for Mimi's Hallmark Channel movie A Christmas Melody was released, and we totally can't wait to watch it!
The Infinity singer doesn't just star in this instant classic… she's also the director!
Tyler Perry, eat your heart out!
In case you didn't know, the made-for-TV flick is about a music teacher (played by Miz Carey) who helps a young girl write a song for her town's Christmas variety show!
It also stars Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliott.
A Christmas Melody airs Saturday, December 19 on Hallmark Channel!
In the mean time, ch-ch-check out the trailer (below)
Kylie Jenner is ready for her close-up!
While the 18-year-old has totally mastered the art of reality TV, the famous pouter might be ready to transition to the big screen!
Recently, the fashionista did a segment on her website called The Temperature where she told her millions of followers the last movie she watched (Horton Hears A Who), her favorite Kanye West song (Say You Will), and what she slept in last night (boxers and a tee).
However, the big revelation came when she was asked who was the last person she talked to on the phone.
Not surprisingly, it was momager Kris Jenner. But, what they talked about MIGHT shock you!
Tyga's girlfriend said
Welp, that plan backfired.
The 28-year-old Fantastic Four star expressed his desire to blur the line between roles meant for certain races:
"I told my team after I finished Chronicle that I only want to go out for roles that were written for white characters. Me playing the role will make it what it is … Instead of taking something conceptually written for a black guy, I want the stuff that was written for a guy."
We can't blame him for wanting to play a variety of roles — right?
But for fans on Twitter, some commenters thought Mike forgot where he came from.
Remember: the actor gained a lot of traction in his career after his role playing Oscar Grant, a black man who was killed by transit police, in Fruitvale Station.
And an alleged Snapchat sent by Jordan with an "All Lives Matter" message didn't help.
Outrage ensued on social media, with fans and foes sharing:
The filmmaker and close friend of the Houston-Brown family spoke at the August ceremony, and has understandably having a hard time dealing with her tragic passing at only 22-years-old.
On Friday, Perry released the emotional video on his Facebook, writing:
"The Houston estate asked if I would share this tribute that I put together for Bobbi Kristina's private funeral. On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless."
The tribute starts with a quote from Bobbi Kristina and takes us through the years of her growing up, including pictures with her parents Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston — who's powerful song You Were Loved accompanied the photos.

Well… it's over.
Bobbi Kristina's funeral is now finished and despite some drama, mourners have paid their last respects to the young woman taken far too soon — including Whitney Houston, who was able to give her daughter one final, special goodbye.
According to sources, during the ceremony, members of both the Brown and Houston families spoke, as well as family friend Tyler Perry. And, Whitney's Jesus Loves Me was the final song played as the funeral came to a close.
Apparently, Bobby Brown — though not listed as a speaker for the event — also delivered a special message to Bobbi Kristina, writing in the program:
On Friday, Tyler Perry took to Facebook to pen a touching letter about his close family friend Bobbi Kristina Brown. Currently, Whitney Houston's daughter remains in hospice care after she was found unconscious in a bathtub back in January. Tragic.
The director wrote:
"This morning I woke up with Whitney on my mind. I couldn't help but think about all that she must have dreamed for her child. I know this was not her dream…"
We can only imagine how hard this time must be for the Brown family and those close to them. And it seems the Gone Girl actor is frustrated by all the media surrounding the 22-year-old's coma.
The 45-year-old continued:
"And as difficult as this time is for the people that love both Whitney and Krissi, what makes it more egregious is the blatant disrespect, lies, and ignorance that are rapidly printed in this awful time.
For some reason, it has become human nature in our society to look for, seek out, and celebrate darkness, glory in tragedy, and enjoy reading and reporting it. It makes me sad to know that everybody wants to be the first to report something awful."
We can only imagine this is in reference to the ongoing investigation around Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon — who's reportedly been banned from her bedside.
Tyler then pleaded with his 12 million followers to respect the Brown family's privacy:
"May I ask you all to please show some decency and respect? Not only to Krissi's family, but also to the other families that are there in this place. Not only is Krissi at the center but there are several other families who are grieving the loss of their loved ones at the same time. It's heartbreaking to think that even in a time like this, this child is still not allowed any peace."
In fact, this is not the first time Tyler has assisted the R&B scion's family. It was reported that he offered Bobby Brown the use of his private plane when the news first broke of the tragedy.
"I assure you, the family will issue an official statement if something changes. Until then, can we just pray for Krissi, and the Houston and Brown families?"
Our thoughts are with the entire Brown family and their friends during this trying time.
