Can't these two just get along? Well, apparently not!
Usher's ex wife Tameka Foster is asking a judge to reprimand the singer for not attending the co-parenting classes they were both ordered to attend!
Even though Usher has full custody of their two children, allegedly the two are BOTH supposed to attend co-parenting classes. But back in July, Tameka alleges Usher stormed out of the class, and hasn't been back since!
She's begged her ex husband to return to the classes, but he has ignored all of her requests so far.
Even though she's lost all of her custody hearings against her baby daddy, Tameka claims she's supposed to be involved in "important family decisions" like extra-curricular activities, schooling, etc.
But Usher doesn't consult her on
Everyone knows the super boring, super old alphabet song! The one where you just say the letters to the tune of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star!
We're glad to see that the song has now officially been updated, Sesame Street style, and with the help of the beautiful and talented Usher!!
Join him as he takes some of the residents of the most famous street in the world on a learning journey — and it's got a great beat!
So fun! So cute!
Watch watch watch!
The range of emotions this woman must be going through!
Tameka Foster doesn't blame her ex Usher for their son Usher Raymond V's near drowning incident, but she strongly believes that there wouldn't have been an accident if she was the one watching the kids!
Here's what she said:
"I was mad because I was like, 'How did this happen? Who was watching him? Why was my son under water for nearly 3 minutes? I didn't blame [Usher] for it, I just was angry that it happened on his watch. Because, while accidents happen, never have my children been injured on my watch."
That's not totally fair since
Come on and say yeah! Yeah!
Usher's son Usher Raymond V has been given a clean bill of health and has been released from the hospital after his recent stay there for nearly drowning in Usher's pool.
The little man apparently left with what has been described as a
The judge has spoken!!
Usher will remain guardian to his two children; the emergency custody hearing filed by his ex-wife Tameka Foster has been dismissed by he judge.
She was granted the hearing earlier this week after their five-year-old son, allegedly left unsupervised, nearly drowned in Usher's pool.
Apparently the Fulton County judge overseeing the proceedings didn't think this was a case of negligence because he ruled Usher Raymond V will stay in his father's custody!
We just hope their adorable little boy makes a full recovery soon!

Usher's son is well on the road to recovery after he nearly drowned during a scary incident earlier this week!
The pop singer has already thanked Eugene Stachurski and Ben Crews, who both helped pull Usher Raymond V out of the pool, but one of the heroes might be looking for more than a thank you!
Ben's mother recently spoke out about the ordeal and revealed her son was getting married next week, and she figured there would be no better way for the OMG singer to show his gratitude than to perform at the wedding!
Neither of the heroes is asking for any kind of reward, but it would definitely spice up the reception a bit if Usher sang a song or two!
We're not exactly sure how busy his schedule is, but we think he'd make quite the wedding singer!

Usher's ex Tameka Foster wants the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help her god!
Which is why she's been trying to issue her ex's aunt with a subpoena to testify at her emergency custody hearing today, but unfortunately has not been able to find the aunt in order to serve her.
Tameka hoped to question Aunt Rena about what happened on the fateful day she was supposed to be watching her and Usher's son Usher Raymond V the day he nearly drowned.
Since she can't serve Rena, the aunt doesn't have to show up. However Tameka still has a pretty good case against her ex as she argues for primary custodial rights.
Her main point during this legal battle will be the fact that there was no drain cover on the pool that day. Which is where her young boy got his arm stuck and subsequently nearly drowned.
Guess we'll have to wait and see if the judge decides Usher's kids really would be safer living with their mom.
