Caitlyn Jenner continues to win EVERYTHING.

Just a month after wrapping up an impressive and transformative 2015, The American Society of Magazine Editors hailed Cait's Vanity Fair issue as Cover of the Year. The iconic shot beat out ESPN Magazine's "Body 2015: Chantae McMillan" cover which snagged a Readers' Choice Award from the organization.

The cover, which was shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz in June 2015, marked the reality star's coming out as a woman and it was the first time anyone had seen Jenner publicly following her transition news. The evocative cover was also praised for its daring styling choices as C.J. donned a corset and panties.

Speaking on its selection, The American Society of Magazine Editors gushed:

"The cover contest judges had tough decisions to make this year. Any time you have to choose between an already legendary Annie Leibovitz shoot on the cover of Vanity Fair, a Mark Seliger comedy special on GQ and one of the year's most talked-about news covers, 'Cosby: The Women' on New York—plus Serena Williams on both Sports Illustrated and New York—that's a good time to be a magazine editor and an even better time to be a magazine reader."

Wow, what steep competition! This nod is truly an honor for Caitlyn and Annie!

So, do YOU think the VF shot deserved to win?

Vanity Fair Embraces More Diversity Than Usual With New Hollywood Issue Cover Featuring Viola Davis, Jennifer Lawrence, Lupita Nyong'o, & More

Vanity Fair releases its annual Hollywood issue.

It's the annual Vanity Fair Hollywood issue!

And we're proud to report that it's a little more diverse than previous years.

The issue is known for almost always relegating actors of color into the foldout cover so they don't appear on the actual front page, but this time Viola Davis gets to share it with Jennifer Lawrence, Jane Fonda, and Cate Blanchett.

Progress, we guess.

The rest of the cover features Lupita Nyong'o, Brie Larson, Charlotte Rampling, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Alicia Vikander, Rachel Weisz, Helen Mirren, Saoirse Ronan, and Diane Keaton.

There are also gorgeous individual portraits of all the women shot by Annie Leibovitz, which you can find in the gallery (above)!

But first, watch a clip of the women talking about their hoped-for legacies (below):

Earlier this week, Joseph Fiennes made headlines after it was reported the actor will be portraying Michael Jackson in an upcoming British TV movie.

Fans of the King of Pop were a bit surprised to find out that a white British guy would be playing MJ, and Fiennes himself admits:

"I'm a white, middle-class guy from London. I'm as shocked as you may be."

The 9/11 road trip movie Elizabeth, Michael, and Marlon is a "light tongue-and-cheek look" at an urban legend that appeared in a May 2011 Vanity Fair article.
