The show must go on.
As you probably know, despite everyone's best wishes Big Ang succumbed to her Stage 4 lung and brain cancer last week and has already been laid to rest.
In fact, OG mob wife Drita D'Avanzo is still mourning Angela's death and can't bring herself to finish out the sixth season of the show just yet.
One day you're in, and the next day… you're still in?
The modeling competition suffered a serious drop in quality once it introduced public voting in Season 19, so we felt as though leaving on a high note with Nyle DiMarco as the final winner was a good end for the iconic reality TV show.
Tyra Banks confirmed the news in a statement on Tuesday, saying:
Big Ang's fans had the chance to mourn the larger-than-life reality star on Sunday.
Over 150 people gathered to say goodbye to the Mob Wives personality over the weekend — and were in for quite a treat. Wanting the celebration of life to be right up the 55-year-old's alley, Ang's family arranged to have a DJ playing in the corner of Scarpaci Funeral Home in Brooklyn.
One attendee shared:
Big Ang's passing is certainly a tough one.
As we previously reported, the Mob Wives star passed away on Thursday after battling with stage four cancer. Of course, this recent news comes shortly after the VH1 celeb's reps had to clear up false reports that she had passed away Wednesday evening. So tragic!
The matriarch was beloved both on and off her hit show, so we're not shocked that her costars have since taken to Twitter and Instagram to mourn her death. In fact, her reality TV peers went above and beyond in paying tribute to the late starlet — including Teresa Giudice, Andy Cohen, and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps!

What a sad day.
Early on Thursday morning, it was revealed that Mob Wives star Angela "Big Ang" Raiola lost her battle with stage four cancer. She was 55 years old. This is just so sad!
The reality TV star's team confirmed her passing by taking to Twitter to update Ang's fans on her health status. They posted:
We can't even imagine what she's going through, but at least she still has her family's support.
During the episode, Ang — real name Angela Raiola — revealed that she only has a 30 percent chance of surviving.
And while that's more than enough to cause her both physical and emotional pain, the VH1 reality star also shared for the first time that her condition actually inspired her to leave her husband Neil Murphy after six years of marriage!
Neil and Ang's rocky relationship was documented on Mob Wives, Big Ang and Couples Therapy, but ultimately she felt as though "he never stepped up to the plate" in her time of need. She said:
"I'd rather be alone and that's what I did."
Thankfully, we're sure she knows what's best for her at this difficult time.
