Damn him for taking our advice!
After reports that the "actor" backed out of the xXx franchise, it seems Vin Diesel was just pulling a cruel prank and letting us believe we were off the hook!
The rarely seen action hero will definitely be starring in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, which is set for a 2011 release.
Wowsa! Wasn't that also the name of a cheesetastic porno in Boogie Nights?!
"I made a few calls on this and I can tell you that it is completely not true," confirmed Diesel's publicist.
Another day, another terrible movie!

Like he has something better to do! How many Fast And Furious movies is he holding out for?
Vin Diesel has reportedly pulled out of the next xXx movie. Diesel had agreed to return to this third installment of the franchise called xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, but has since pulled from the project shortly after director Rob Cohen did the same.
We're all for staying loyal to our people, but let's get real Diesel - you really need the work!
So unless this director is giving you another job, we suggest getting back in this movie fast and furiously!
yes, it is a bad joke - but so is your career!

Is Vin Diesel on his way back in the hot list?
Paramount is bumping up its production of the Vin vehicle Wheelman, an adaption of a video game of the same name which stars a virtual Diesel.
In the flick, "Diesel will play an expert driver who comes out of retirement to protect a woman from his past" - whatever that means.
The film will be directed by 2 Fast 2 Furious' John Singleton and will no doubt feature a lot of cars flying through the air with the greatest of ease.

What's got Vin Diesel's man-panties in a knot?
We guess that someone recently called him gay, so he got all mad. And then he's not going to be public about his private life because "I'm not gonna put it out there on a magazine cover like some other actors," adding, "I come from the Harrison Ford, Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino code of silence."
He said he dates in Europe, where he is less recognizable, and less likely to be snapped getting Starbucks and suffering "Bennifer-style" exposure.
Oh, trust us Vin, no one here in the States cares either.

With the success of the most recent Fast & Furious film, it was only a matter of time before they announced yet another sequel, right?
Well, this didn't take long!
There's now going to be a 5th movie in the franchise. Universal has confirmed that a new flick is in the works.
Hottie Paul Walker confirmed the news as well during an interview this weekend.
He said:
"This was supposed to be it. There wasn't supposed to be the open-ended closing like there was. When I first read the screenplay, I was like, 'Man, look what they're doing.' But without question, with the way things opened up, Vin and I will be coming back, we're making a fifth one, and we're going to Brazil, that's it."
Oh, and Paul also gives a long-winded explanation as to why he decided to do the fourth movie but opted out of the third.
According to Paul:
"Vin didn't do the second one, and fans would always ask me, 'Why didn't Vin do the second one?' I didn't really have an answer for them. And then I didn't do the third one. And guys would come up to me on the street and be like, 'Hey, why weren't you in the third one?' And when they ask the question, it's kinda like they got that look…saying, 'Don't tell us you're too good for us now.' When they started talking about making the fourth one, I was like, man, I don't really have a choice now, because if I don't do it I know I'm gonna be pissing people off, because this is the opportunity to come back and make the first true sequel."
Simple translation, "I needed the money. Badly."

Oh Vin Diesel, are you really getting the kind of work to justify acting like a diva?
The action star was supposed to appear at a day long junket for the upcoming Fast & Furious 4, but decided ditch the affair, refusing to return phone calls. It wasn't until a big man from Universal called that Diesel lamely excused himself with "I'm sick."
When he finally showed up 4 hours late, onlookers say he didn't look too ill, and did a couple hours of press. But that wasn't enough for his publicist's firm - they called it quits!
Fired by your own publicist, h-a-r-s-h.

Talk about a shiteous idea!
Apparently, Columbia Pictures can't come up with anything new, so they're resorting to making sequels…..of really bad movies.
The studio is now in discussions with producer Joe Roth to create a new version of XXX.
And to make it even better, they want to bring back baby daddy Vin Diesel.
The 2002 original was bad enough, why make another????
The second flick, titled XXX: State of the Union, starred Ice Cube and was directed by Lee Tamahori.
The third flick is said to be titled, XXX: The Return of Xander Cage. It has no script yet.
According to reports, Diesel has agreed to return, as has director Rob Cohen.
Funny that Viesel has decided to do a sequel.
He didn't join the XXX sequel which had Ice Cube in it - he was asking for too much money!
He also turned down The Fast and the Furious sequel, and instead opted for a cameo role, and he skipped appearing in the third flick all together.
However, now Viesel is returning to XXX and he's also rejoining for the fourth flick of Fast & Furious, which will be released next June.
Looks like someone is REALLY desperate for money now.
Hey, beggars can't be choosers!

New film Babylon A.D. sounds like it's dead in the water.
Here's what the film's OWN DIRECTOR, Matthieu Kassovitz, has to say about the Vin Diesel picture and the studio releasing it, Fox:
"I'm very unhappy with the film… I never had a chance to do one scene the way it was written or the way I wanted it to be. The script wasn't respected. Bad producers, bad partners, it was a terrible experience. I should have chosen a studio that has guts. Fox was just trying to get a PG-13 movie. I'm ready to go to war against them, but I can't because they don't give a shit."
The studio apparently fought the director every step of the way on budget and in the editing room, chopping fifteen minutes out of the film that he felt was key to making it all make sense.
If you do see it and hate it, you can't say you weren't warned!

Shocking news!
Vin Diesel had a baby. And that's not the shocking news!
The surprising tidbit is that the actor, who has been dogged by gay rumors for years, has a girlfriend!
Allegedly, Vin has been dating a model. Her name is Paloma Jimenez.
And, she gave birth to Diesel's daughter - back in April!
Why so secretive???
Is he just a sperm donor???
This sounds oddly like another Clay Aiken scenario!!!!
