First thing's first, Tom Cruise never said that. Well, he might have at some point — but not in regards to this news, LOLz!
But it is true that his new movie Mission: Impossible 5 is releasing five months early!!
Christmas is literally coming early in this case, with the film's December 25th release date moving up to July 31st!
M:I:5 is switching spots with the film Monster Trucks, a CGI/live-action family film. So now we don't have to wait til Xmas to see Tom Cruise running away from explosions!!

What has us super excited is Ving Rhames is returning to the series after appearing in the first one, and only having a cameo in the fourth.
We bet the movie is gonna do great! Though it'll have some stiff competition!
It's now going up against Southpaw (Jake Gyllenhaal), Selfless (Ryan Reynolds), and the remake of Point Break!
We'll be innerested to see those box office numbers. Can't wait to see the movie!
This trailer is definitely NSFW!
As the summer months inch closer to us, everyone is thinking about the same things:
Bikinis, party poppin' … and PIRANHAS?!?!
Check out the naughty red band trailer for the gruesome Piranha 3DD. As with the first flick, this one promises to bring the gore (and nudity) straight to your seat in 3D(D)!
Plus, Ving Rhames has shotguns for legs!!! And we all love a good Hoff sighting!
Thoughts? Are U excited for another round of Piranhas?!
Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!
We don't know how they managed to pull it off, but this movie looks even MORE ridiculous than the first!
Ch-ch-check out the just released theatrical trailer for the sequel to the 2009 surprise smash Piranha 3D, Piranha 3DD, which follows our little people-chomping friends as they travel through sewer pipes and find their way to a just-released, tittay-friendly water park (above)!
And although it appears that Tara Reid and Gary Busey never showed up, Christopher Lloyd is back, as is Ving Rhames - only with GUNS FOR LEGS, and David Hasselhoff is also on hand - PLAYING HIMSELF!
Seriously, this movie has greatness written all over it!
P.S. Keep an eye out for Cerie from 30 Rock - it looks like that poor girl has it coming the worst! YUCK!
What do U think?? Are U excited for Piranha 3DD?!
Tom Cruise returning as I.M.F. Agent Ethan Hunt can only mean one thing.
Mission Impossible is back!
Promotional posters have been released for the upcoming Mission ImpossibleL Ghost Protocol. The posters feature new characters such as Jeremy Renner's Brandt and Paula Patton's Jane Carter.
Vets Simon Pegg and Cruise are also shown as well. But where's Ving Rhames poster?!
Check out the pictures to see the all star cast of M.I. IV!
Yup, that's him!
We may have been doubtful at first, but the next installment in the Mission Impossible franchise seems to be shaping up with some good casting choices!!
The fourth movie has finally cast its villain!
Slumdog Millionaire's Anil Kapoor will be Tom Cruise's nemesis in the movie, starring along side Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton, Ving Rhames, Josh Holloway, and Simon Pegg.

He's coming for ya!!
Ving Rhames is a wanted man and we're not talking about being cast in films!
According to L.A. County Superior Court documents, the actor and his wife, Deborah, owe the IRS $491,588.06 for unpaid taxes in 2007.
Better get on that!
Does no one pay Uncle Sam willingly these days?!

The man that died at the home of actor Ving Rhames may have died of a heart attack!
None of the wounds - on his face and neck only - appear to have been life threatening, law enforcement officials reveal.
