Viola Davis adopted her daughter Genesis in 2011.
And she loves parenting so much, she wonders how she went so long without it! She says:
"I always wanted a child but acting is a very self-focused profession. We’re late getting married, late having children, all of a sudden you stop for five minutes and think, 'What have I been missing?'"
Not that having a child is easy! Viola says it may be the toughest thing she's ever done! And considering her family, that makes her feel pretty weak sometimes. She says:

We are going to start our prayers right now!
Because if what Viola Davis is saying is true, we might have found a way to finally get Zac Efron nekkid in our bedroom!
The actress recently let everyone in on her secret to finding long-lasting love: pray for it.
And apparently it works damn quickly as she prayed to find the man of her dreams and - poof - she had him three weeks later as she revealed their love story:

Now that's a pop of color!
Viola Davis could not be missed as she showed up to the SAG Awards in an aqua Monique Lhuillier gown.
Although we're not crazy about the excessive flow of fabric at the bottom, her silk chiffon one shoulder gown did fit her curves perfectly.
And her Cathy Waterman coral earrings? A prefect example of complementary colors done right!
Are U feeling Viola's bold look as much as we are???

All three ladies looked perfect in their Victoria Beckham Collection dresses, but we want to know…
Who wore it better???
- Miranda Kerr (79%)
- Viola Davis (9%)
- Jessica Biel (12%)

Viola Davis looked amazingly monochromatic on Thursday night at the Fashion Group International Night Of Stars event in New York City.
Before presenting the Brand Heritage Award to Nicola Maramotti, The Help actress flashed her pearly whites one the red carpet wearing a draped, black and white MaxMara gown.
Viola completed her starry night ensemble with gorgeous earrings and a decorative clutch.
We love how Viola's been opting to rock her natural locks more often! Hopefully she'll continue to do so during awards season.
