*Insert Pun Here* — A Crazy Cow Led Cops On A Wild Goose Chase In Queens!

A cow in on the loose in Queens!

Holy cow! This is udderly ridiculous!

A cow was on the loose in Jamaica, Queens Tuesday and cops were doing their darndest to try and lasso it! (Note: They weren't really using a lasso, to our knowledge. Although they should've. That's what a rancher would do.)

Video shows it happily trotting about enjoying the scenery of suburbia with cop cars following it at a slow pace, presumably so as not to startle it.

Then a man dressed in a brown jacket starts running after it, prompting the cow to break into a gallop!

The clip concludes with the cow getting trapped between a car and a house, and then lying down in the grass to chill after such an adventure. Or, more accurately, being tranquilized so cops could finally get it to stop moo-ving.

Oh, the bovinity!

P.S. Apparently it escaped from a nearby slaughterhouse and will be returned there! *sob*

This Science Textbook Advising Kids To Kill Kittens Is INSANE!

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooViral: Animals

Indian textbook advises suffocating kittens.

An environmental science textbook in India has sparked outrage among parents for encouraging young children to suffocate kittens!

It's all in the name of learning how breathing works, apparently, as if it wasn't self-explanatory.

Called Our Green World, the textbook has been used in schools since April 2016.

The first chapter in the textbook reads:

"No living thing can live without air for more than a few minutes. You can do an experiment. Take two wooden boxes. Make holes on the lid of one box. Put a small kitten in each box. Close the boxes. After some time open the boxes. What do you see? The kitten inside the box without holes has died."

What the actual fuck?!

The publisher, Parvesh Gupta, has already issued a statement saying that the book will no longer be published for the upcoming school year. He said:

"A couple of months ago, some parents called and complained about the science experiment in the book. They said it was harmful for children and cruel to the animals."

Ya think???!!!

We do not even wanna know what was going through the writer's mind when they came up with this "science experiment."

People are psychotic.

Harambe

Do the proceeds go to ACLU or something??

Someone bid nearly $100,000 — $99,990 to be exact — for a Flamin' Hot Cheeto that people think looks like Harambe. You know, the Cincinnati Zoo gorilla that was shot and killed after a small boy fell into his enclosure… and later turned into an Internet sensation.

This is a real thing, people.

OMG, it's every parent's nightmare! Actually, it's EVERYBODY's nightmare!

A young boy was trying to use the bathroom at his home in Abilene, Texas on January 26 when a rattlesnake slithered up from inside the toilet!

We don't know the boy's exact age, but that could ruin potty training for an adult!

The child tried to flush the adult Western Diamondback, but that apparently only agitated the poisonous predator.

Dogs Fucking LOVE Reggae Music

| Filed under: Music MinuteDogViral: Animals

Dogs love reggae music!

We all know dogs love bones and playing catch but…reggae music?! Who would've thought!

Researchers from the University of Glasgow and the Scottish SPCA recently conducted a study in an attempt to determine which types of music were most soothing for shelter dogs.

Awww! We love any study that seeks to help pups!

Dogs were fitted with heart monitors to check their heartbeat levels while a variety of music was played, including pop and classical, and reggae came out on top! Soft rock, meanwhile, came in second. Nicely done, Michael Bolton!

A Dog's Purpose Crashes Hard At The Box Office As M. Night Shyamalan's Split Keeps The Top Spot!

no title

What could have been a cute movie tugging at your heart strings has turned into a controversial little flick that just isn't connecting with viewers at the box office.

A Dog's Purpose, mired in controversy over the film's mistreatment of dogs on set while shooting, came in far behind expectations this weekend at the box office, debuting to just $18.3 million from a little more than 3,000 theaters across North America.

In its place, Split — a sleeper hit directed by M. Night Shyamalan — came in first for the second straight weekend, taking in $26.3 million over the last three days and rising up to a two-week domestic total of about $78 million.

It's a good winner for Split, even if the other films opening this week were fairly light, but the real story here centers on A Dog's Purpose (pictured, above), and the Gavin Polone-produced flick that has been rocked after animal abuse allegations.

From a financial standpoint, A Dog's Purpose cost just $22 million to make, so it's still on track to get its money back and the financials are good — but the social damage done to what should have been a very popular, family-friendly feature film, cannot be understated.

Nevertheless,
