UGH!! We still can't believe someone would do this!!

To recap, two women found a severed head while hiking in the Hollywood Hills. It was the head of Hervey Medellin's, and his other severed remains were found in the Hollywood Hills as well.

Seriously, why did this happen?? Will we ever know?? Will the family ever know??

Their confusion and pain right now is just unfathomable. But Joanna, a "niece" of his is speaking out, and it's a mix of sorrow and anger!!

Even if the beholder is the Mexican Vampire Woman!

Check out this pretty fascinating, albeit slightly terrifying interview with Maria Jose Cristerna, a former lawyer who has dedicated her life to body modification, including tattoos, titanium horns, dental fangs, and facial piercings, at the Venezuelan Tattoo Expo (above)!

As she explains:

An elephant at an Amsterdam zoo was playing one day when the 44-year-old pachyderm scratched its left cornea.

The poor Asian elephant's eye was left constantly watering.

So they did what was a first in Europe, and gave the elephant a contact lens.

The zoo's website said:

"Win Thida is the first elephant in Europe with a contact lens."

The procedure to put in the contact took about an hour.

Hopefully the elephant will be much more comfortable now while it heals.

Ok, these kids are going to need a Facebook intervention.

Two teens hopped over the ledge of CNN HQ in Hotlanta and broke into the facility. Aldayne Fearon, 18, and Francis Mutemwa, 17, were caught checking their Facebook pages when they were busted by the police.

Poor little guy!

Doctors in Peru say the boy in the pic above has a "parasitic twin" growing inside his poor little 3-year-old body.

Dr. Carlos Astocondor says the boy's partially formed twin weighs a pound and a half and is nine inches long. It has some hair on the cranium, eyes and some bones but he does NOT have a brain, heart, lungs and intestines.

With out those vital things it won't be able to live independently compete for parental love and attention, so whats the point? They plan to remove the parasite/brother later today.

Experts say this condition occurs in about one of every 500,000 live births. That's is WAY more frequent then we are comfortable with!!

Looks like we'll be seeing a lot of Mr. Assange in the near future!

Last week, we learned that controversial WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is prepping to launch a talk show, which will revolve around "the world of tomorrow."

Now, we're hearing that Assange will guest star, as himself, on the upcoming 500th episode of The Simpsons, which airs on Feb. 19th!

As we previously mentioned, the NBC show Fear Factor was going to air an episode where the contestants would have to drink donkey urine and semen.

Aside from this being completely disgusting it was apparently too racy for some of the NBC execs because it's been pulled from the air.

The episode has been replaced by a rerun in TV guides and all media and promos relating to it have been removed from the internet.

We're not sad to see it go.

We guess NBC didn't want to make an "ass" of itself.
