In what will be the actor's first public appearance since his divorce settlement from Heard, Johnny will accept the inaugural Rhonda's Kiss Healing and Hope Award for his charitable cancer donations over the years at a concert being put on at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

The organization, Rhonda's Kiss, is hosting the event on Thursday, November 3 and all proceeds will go to Cedars-Sinai Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute! If that's not enough to get fans excited, Weezer will be performing and Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath will be emceeing.

Drew Taggart (pictured above, on bed)– who sang alongside Halsey during this year's VMAs — and Alex Pall (pictured above, on ground) make up the dynamic duo dominating the charts right now, but their musical accomplishments aren't the only things they're bragging about.

Drew spilled that he and the 31-year-old party ALL the time, saying:

"We rage every night. My mom's going to hate reading that but she already knows."

Well, Drew's Mom, buckle up because it only gets worse.

Alex bragged about their alcohol tolerance, adding:

Last week, it was reported that Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke clapped back hard at that Blurred Lines lawsuit — appealing the verdict that they committed copyright infringement against Marvin Gaye's Got to Give It Up.

Throughout the drawn out court battle, the singers expressed the sentiment that paying homage to an earlier era and making a song reminiscent of a sound shouldn't fall under copyright infringement.

And it looks like a TON of musicians agree — because 212 artists, composers, and producers have filed a brief with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in support of the bid by Williams, Thicke, and T.I. to overturn the decision.

Musicians from all corners of the industry have banded together to support the appeal, claiming that the Blurred Lines creators deserve victory on grounds that the court's ruling will set a precedent that will "stifle creativity" and "impede the creative process."

Among those who threw their names in the ring are the members of Train, Linkin Park, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Black Crowes, Fall Out Boy, as well as Weezer's Rivers Cuomo, Hall & Oates' John Oates, R. Kelly, Hans Zimmer, Jennifer Hudson, Jean Baptiste, Evan Bogart and Brian Burton (Danger Mouse).

The artist's brief, penned by entertainment attorney Ed McPherson, states:

weezer frisbee edit

Such a rock star move!

Weezer drummer Patrick Wilson was in the middle of jamming out to the band’s biggest hit song, Beverly Hills when a fan threw a frisbee in the direction of the stage!

As it floated past Rivers Cuomo, Patrick decided he’d just reach up and catch it, all without missing a beat!

Because he’s a P-R-O!

Luckily for us who weren’t lucky enough to attend this concert in St. Augustine, Florida, someone in the front row caught it all on camera!

And it’s AH-Mazing!
