The original Wino is in legal trouble again!

According to the UK media, actress/accused shoplifter Winona Ryder is under investigation for 'losing' $125,000 worth of diamond encrusted jewelry loaned to her for a Marie Claire event in Spain earlier this month.

Wino (1.0) has reportedly blamed the hotel staff for the loss.

She said she gave the Bulgari bracelet and ring to the hotel staff for safekeeping.

Uh huh. Sure, Wino!

But, hotel management have said they have no surveillance footage showing her handing over the jewels.

The people at Bulgari have supposedly called in the police to investigate.

Wino (1.0) has had a crap month. First there was the alleged overdose on a London-bound flight and now this jewelry debacle.

Sheesh!

Get yourself together, (1.0)!

A spokesman for the jeweler refused to comment to the Brit media.

And, no surprise, Wino's mouthpiece was 'not available'.

As we mentioned yesterday, Winona Ryder was treated at a hospital in London after passing out twice on a British Airways flight from a reported Xanax overdose.

Ryder had her stomach pumped and was released shortly after.

And in her first public appearance since the incident, Wino made her way to Madrid for the Marie Claire Prix De La Moda 2008 fashion event on Thursday.

The 37 year-old even managed to shoplift win a Marie Claire fashion award.

But, thankfully, Ryder was looking much better, especially considering her recent hospital visit.

Nice to see she could pull it together so quickly.

Let's just hope she doesn't OD on her flight back home!

Winona Ryder was rushed to the hospital after collapsing twice on a British Airways flight from Los Angeles to Heathrow yesterday. The Boeing 747 was forced to make a "priority landing" after an alleged accidental overdose of Xanax caused the shoplifting actress to faint in first class.

A witness said she turned a "deathly shade of pale" before fainting.

It is believed that Winona took the pills to treat her fear of flying.

She was checked into Hillingdon Hospital under an alternate identity, where her stomach was pumped.

Yikes!

But…. she's okay, as she was discharged last night and then flew to another European city.

Feel better!

Winona Ryder has been rushed to a hospital today, Wednesday, after falling ill.

Wino became sick while on a flight from the U.S. to London.

A rep for the Hillingdon Hospital in Uxbridge, west London, said that Ryder was treated by medics directly off the plane while at Heathrow Airport.

Wonder what happened to the 47 37 year-old shoplifter?

Was it the stomach flu? Drugs? Alcohol?

A rep for British Airways only said that, "The captain of BA282, which was traveling from LA to Heathrow, requested a priority landing as a female passenger required medical attention. The passenger was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The plane touched down shortly before noon UK time."

And in a good publicity opportunity, the rep for BA made sure to add that their crew managed to look after Wino 1.0 while on board and once they landed passenger service staff accompanied her to the hospital.

Winona Ryder is wasting no time diving back into the dating pool since calling it quits with her boyfriend, Rilo Kiley musician Blake Sennett.

The actress is now said to be dating none other than Tom Green!

The funny man and Drew Barrymore's ex-husband are an item, according to the National Enquirer.

The pair went out on a date together last week at Crown Bar in L.A. and a source tells the mag, "Winona didn't waste any time. She and Tom were all over each other, laughing and carrying on."

Guess girls really do like guys with a sense of humor!

Update: Winona's publicist tells us, "Winona does not know Tom Green at all; no “date” was had."

The mentally stable actress seemed like a delighted deer in the headlights when caught by the paparazzi leaving Crown Bar in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

This kind of explains why Winona Ryder has been such a mess lately.

Since 2007, Ryder has been dating musician Blake Sennett from the band Rilo Kiley.

Now, People magazine is reporting that the two have split.

A friend of the pair says, "It was tough on her," of the split.

Poor Winona.

No worries, she'll find another guy soon. She's already dated almost half of Hollywood!

At 36 years old, Winona Ryder still gives good face!

The actress was spotted looking angelic on the Los Angeles set of her new film, Stay Cool on Tuesday.

However, when she noticed the prying paparazzi snapping away at her, Wino's expression turned crappy - just like her career has been these past few years!
