That boy is gonna be one fit baby!
Olivia Wilde was spotted this past Wednesday making her way to a gym in Los Angeles, but she wasn't alone!
She had her baby bump with her! Obviously!
Olivia recently announced to the world that her and Jason Sudeikis are expecting a boy in May.
But May is a long ways away, so Olivia took her pregnant belly out with her to play!

How many times have you woken up and decided you are going to suddenly become a runner? Try to set more realistic goals for yourself. There’s no point jumping off the block and killing yourself first session out, making sure you give up before you’ve even started.
Instead, focus on running a little, or a little more than you did before — that way you build up your strength, stamina and all round fitness so you can continue to improve week by week.
Get a workout buddy!
You are more likely to turn up if you are accountable so either grab a friend and book in at east three sessions a week of walking, running or yoga sessions you will meet up at.
If you don’t know anyone, then try online meet-up groups – there are plenty of group hikes or soccer and beach volleyball games going on most days of the week and all you have to do is join up (it’s free), say you will be there and turn up. Not only will you have a great fun group workout but you will make more fun fit friends ensuring you won’t ever have to exercise alone again.
Did somebody say Home Gym?!
Yes, it’s a viable option. You don’t need a lot. Some hand weights, resistance bands, a yoga mat, a few different workout dvds and you are ready to go — or do your own PT sessions with 5 x 100 punches, with sets of 50 sit ups, push ups, star jumps, burpees, squats, lunges and tricep dips in between each boxing set and that should be a pretty good workout for FREE, my favorite word!
It’s Work Out Wednesday (#WOW) but why not use today to go the extra mile? Walk the kids to school, take the stairs wherever you are, park in the back of the lot and us those extra steps to burn a few more calories with very little effort. Why not find a set of stairs near your home and run them a few times before getting home? Do some sprints in the park when taking the dogs for a walk. Work out Wednesday means going above and beyond to get to your goal sooner!
Workout Wednesday (#WOW) means there are NO excuses. Plan on getting up early to do a workout? Usually roll over and fall asleep? Set an alarm in another room so you have to get up and OUT of bed to turn it off. Set up your gym gear next to the alarm, slip into it, grab your pre packed bag and an apple, drink the coffee you set your coffee machine to brew in time to walk out the door and get your work out done and dusted for the day.
