It was the shade heard around the world!
And as we all saw, the Anaconda rapper didn't let her feelings go unknown!

Being a WWE Diva is about portraying the glitz and glam persona, but there has to be some mental, physical and emotional dedication.
You’re probably wondering what’s the secret to maintaining that divalicious body! Being on the road almost all year round can become challenging, but if you’re dedicated, it’s a "piece of cake!" Everyone has a different body shape, metabolism and a way their body works. For me, I like to eat whatever I want, but I exercise at least 3-4 times a week. I like to encourage people to enjoy their lives and eat what they please, as long they exercise. My motto is: "work hard to play hard".
So let’s get down to business! My workout regime consists of cardio, circuit training and weight lifting. When I am on the road, I concentrate mainly on cardio, abs and some weight lifting. Working out on the road is a bit challenging for me because my body is usually exhausted from the traveling. But when I am home, I push really hard! I land from the plane and I get right to it. I am usually only home on Wednesdays and Thursdays and that’s when I see my personal trainer, Alice Raibon and get an intense circuit training workout. Circuit training is a body conditioning and resistance training consisting of multiple exercises that are short with rapid movement to the next exercise.
Having a sexy divalicious body is not hard if you’re dedicated. This doesn't mean you can’t enjoy yummy foods, it just means you have to have a balance!

Nikki and I might be very similar, but there's a difference to our fitness. As twins we love to keep our physical identity alike but our bodies don't function the same. Here's my way to keeping twin magic going for The Bella Twins.
Being a WWE Diva means being on the road weekly. Scheduling and consistency don't fit in as much as I would like, but I always make my own time for fitness. I make sure I'm active daily and here's a look at what a week looks like for me:
· Every Monday is RAW TV, which means cardio day. I make sure I get in at least 30 minutes, whether it's on the treadmill or elliptical.
· Tuesday is a travel day home for me…this means yoga time! I'm addicted to hot yoga! Not only do I sweat out toxins and calories, but I'm releasing tension and clearing my mind.
· Wednesday and Thursday is where I get killed by my trainer Mark Shane. We do an intense workout that consist of light weights, cardio and tons of reps. He mixes up what body parts to work on, but the majority of his workouts are full body. My abs are constantly working!
· Friday and Saturday are either a travel day or, if I’m lucky, I’m home. If I'm home I enjoy a session with my trainer or spin class. I LOVE Soul Cycle!! If I'm on the road I find a gym and put together an intense work out. I always start with cardio to warm up my muscles and then head straight to the weights. I use techniques from my trainer: squats, lunges, curls and abs are always my go to. I'm knowledgeable enough to know how to work those areas on my own. Educating yourself to properly use weights with movement is so important. It prevents you from injury and gives you the exact results you want. Yes a good booty!
· Sunday is my lazy day! But I usually throw in a power walk, depending on where I am.
Working out is not the only thing that keeps me in shape, it's also my eating habits. I hate to say it, but your food intake is extremely important. Learn to be moderate, cut out snacking and have one day a week that's your cheat day. Don't diet, but create a healthy lifestyle and staying in shape will become second nature.

This is AWESOME news!!
That's why we're pumped to hear that they're launching a brand new reality show that will focus on their professional AND personal lives… and it's called Total Divas!
Here's how a source had described the show:
One of the number one things people ask me as a WWE Diva is how I stay in shape while keeping up with the most hectic travel schedule on the planet! The truth is, sometimes I don't know how I do it, but I know I have to find a way to be active because it keeps me sane.
My career takes me all over the world. Just recently I was in Rwanda visiting two different refugee camps with The United Nations Foundation and Nothing But Nets. We were there to help raise awareness about Malaria. The experience was so eye opening, heartbreaking and exhilarating all at the same time. The refugees are living each day fighting to survive and doing it with a smile on their faces. They have very limited food and water and therefore their health and nutrition are greatly compromised. None the less, they are true survivors that don't give up. After my trip to Rwanda, I realized more than ever how lucky and privileged I am in my life to have the choice to be healthy and fit. It made me not want to take my health for granted ever again.
No matter where work takes me, I make it a priority to try and grab a workout. Even if it's only 45 minutes. It makes me a better person because it allows me to clear my head and feel accomplished for the rest of the day. I can me more productive in and out of the ring when I feel good about myself.
I really like to do different forms of exercise all the time to keep my body constantly stimulated. Sometimes I want to weight train, other days I want to do hot yoga and then there are times where a nice, long run quenches my workout thirst. It really all depends on how my body feels.
One of the best pieces of advice I can give to anyone who wants to know more about how they can get in better shape is just listening to your body. When you feel great, work out hard! When you feel hungry, eat! When you feel tired, stretch! When you want to quit…keep fighting. Just be consistent.
It also doesn't hurt to chart your progress. By keeping a journal of your routine and diet, you'll be able to see how much you have grown and developed. When you reach a goal, you'll love the feeling and be driven to continue setting new goals.
Do your best to avoid processed foods. Anything that grows from the earth, comes from a tree or runs or swims (ie. fruits, veggies, nuts, grains, fish and chicken) are much better choices than a Crispy Cream donut. (Cupcakes are ok on your birthday)
Don't be afraid to fail! Fall down, get dirty and get right back up again and keep going. Failure is important to growth. Sometimes when I think about giving up, when things get to hard at the gym or at work, I think about the people I saw in the refugee camps in Rwanda. Their ability to survive the toughest elements anyone can endure will inspire me for the rest of my life.
They taught me that we are extremely resilient and stronger than we know.

If you are reading 50 Shades of Gray (shame on you), on top of your twitter game or wear your hair down during your cardio workout… Maybe it's time to hit some hybrid cardio. Are you ready to challenge yourself and try something out of your comfort zone? No? OK, keep reading anyways.
There's nothing wrong with a good session of steady low intensity cardio on the treadmill, elliptical or even a scenic walk/jog of your neighborhood or city, but changing up your routine can be exciting and help to maximize your results.
Everyone has routines and yes, sometimes we get tired and complacent doing the same old thing day in and day out. For instance, brushing my teeth. OK, bad example. That's part of maintaining good hygiene and is another topic entirely. Quick side note - I recently bought a Justin Beiber singing tooth brush as a joke. Turns out it's a quality tooth brush and it only occasionally starts playing on its own in the middle of the night. Solid purchase!
Anyways, so we get bored of always doing the same thing, right? I start to dread cardio when I think of how monotonous it can be. While boredom is a good reason to mix things up, changing your cardio routine can kick start your metabolism and, dare I say, actually make it enjoyable. Yea, I said it! (Please don't stop reading. It's worth it to finish. There might be a pony in it for you. And by "pony" I mean some good ideas to help inspire more efficient and empowering workouts)
So what the hell am I talking about besides Beiber and ponies, you ask? Here's an example of how to make things interesting, force you to put that book down and leave you a hot sweaty mess:
-Jump on a treadmill
-Start out by walking 3.5ish mph for the first 5 minutes to warm up.
-Then set the treadmill to the highest incline possible and do large lunging steps at a speed of 1.5-2.5 mph for 5 minutes
-Lower incline to 5 and walk at a speed of 3.8-4ish mph for another 5 minutes
-Lower incline to zero and and run one minute as fast as you can then walk one minute to recover. Repeat this for 10 minutes.
-Jog for another 5 minutes (any incline you choose)
-Set highest incline possible and do large lunging steps again for 5 minutes
-Lower incline to zero and run one minute as fast as you can then walk one minute to recovery. Repeat this for 10 minutes.
-Walk 3.5ish mph for 5 minutes to cool down.
-Then let the feeling of accomplishment wash over you for an undetermined amount of time.
Boom! That's what I call "hybrid" cardio.
You can apply this type of variety to any and all cardio machines. Just play with the resistance, incline and intervals. See how much fun we're having! Speaking of fun, don't forget that the world is your playground and you are not limited to a gym. Try hybrid cardio outside in the park, at a stadium and even on the stairs at your apartment complex. Just please do me a favor and don't be a mall walker. So help me if I catch you with short running shorts and ankle weights pumping your arms as you speed walk by Macy's.

Do you follow wrestling?
How about old seasons of The Real World?? LOLz!
The Miz is engaged! Sorry ladies, but Maryse (a formeer WWEDiva!) has finally locked down the wrestler of your dreams!
Here's what she said:
Are you still coming down from the New Years buzz!?
As you approach 2013 with your new attitude, take this time to establish some personal goals. Each year everyone asks me “Do you have any new year resolutions?” I usually slap on a smile, to cover up the internal dialogue: ‘What?! I want what everyone wants…A BANGIN' BEACH BODY!! DUH! Please!! Cut me some slack, MAN!’
However, I humbly answer "No, I’m still knocking out some goals from last year,” followed by “and you?” Which at this point, I'm sure they're going to blow my answer away with a perfectly scripted answer…and they do, listing a million perfected thought-out goals.
But let's be honest, YES, we will be tempted by holiday treats, social hours, and the days where a cheat day is needed. WE ARE HUMANS not ROBOTS! It's time to create a bullet proof plan that will turn heads and friends green with envy!
There are a few important contributors in getting your bronzy body. Before we get started, you must be honest with yourself while appreciating your current body and visualize yourself reaching the goal. A few pointers that make you feel good for having that juicy booty, and proud to be a strutin', sweatin', and shreddin' MACHINE !
With our diet playing a large part in this beach booty breakdown, think twice before candy or caffeinated beverages become dinner– STOP!! Think green!!!!
'Green, greens the magical food; the more you eat the healthier you feel' Green is a feeling, an inspirational color. What other color has this many avenues of expression? Only in Slang-lish can we make sense of green - green means GO, or green means dough ($). Feeling sluggish or just bent in the gym mood?! KICK OUT of that funk by eating your greens!! Spinach, arugula, kelp…the greener the better! This is the super charge your body craves!! Treat your body right and give your body the fuel that it needs to replenish strength and support brain cell growth!
PAUSE: Now check out 'all that' with some mirror action…REALLY check yourself out!!! Then congratulate yourself for the work you've put in so far….
In the following months, a healthy life style is the GOAL!! And if you thought I was going to recommend stopping after beach season, STOP NOW, because you're reading the wrong blog.
Some bodies wants to be healthy, but just don’t know how. VISUALIZE and TEACH your body!! LOVE your body!! Listen to what foods and activities your body craves. Take notes so you can reflect where you've been, which will help you visualize where you're going. Find peace and inspiration in your day dreams. Visualize the goal and bring it to reality! This can be done by taking a chance and purchasing that bikini or vacation! Why not?! Dream big and wear SPF!!
