Israeli start-up company Minimally Invasive Mastopexy says they have developed a surgical process that will replace the need for getting bigger boobies.
The company is calling the breast support system 'Cup&Up'.
MIM CEO Adi Cohen, further elaborates on this wacky idea saying:
"We're trying to develop a method to replace those surgical procedures with minimally invasive kits…What we've done is build a silicone bra, insert it into the body and attach it to the ribs and to the fascia. It's like a normal external bra where a strip lies on the shoulder and attaches around the body. We attach it to the ribs instead of to the shoulder, and to the fascia in the lower part of the body."
How is that minimally invasive???
Inventor of the Cup&Up (and clearly a boob man) Dr. Eyal Gur, has been practicing the process on pigs. You know, because pigs are completely reliable.
Gur explains "Since the pigskin most closely resembles human skin, we inserted silicon implants inside the pig chest wall and supported them by using our device. We were testing staying power, tissue reaction and damage or injury to muscles or ribs. The results showed the Cup&Up held in place nicely without complications."
So there's a pigs running around with breasts? LOLz. We're sure they'll be getting an angry phone call from PETA any day now.
The company insists that this is far safer than getting a boob job and will prevent the need to undergo a second invasive produce.
OK, but what about the long term effects? Or what if someone wants to take the 'Cup&Up' out? Ever thought of that? Of course not!
We're not too sure how many women will go for this, especially with girls wanting big ol' boobs on their chest rather than a simple lift. Besides, women complain about bras all the time, why would they want one permanently in their chest? It doesn't even cover the nipple!
What do U think about this idea???
