Marc Jacobs and cutie boyfriend Lorenzo Martone closed on their townhouse at Superior Ink in the Village yesterday!
The handsome couple paid $10.4 million, not bad considering the previous owner, Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander, paid $25 million for the same pad!
Located on Bethune Street, the town house is almost 4,400 square feet and comes with a private elevator, rear terrace, yard, roof terrace, and connects to the garage for total privacy.
We wish we could see the whole thing after they decorate! We're sure it will be immaculate.
